Aladdin eToken NG-FLASH Is removed from sales

eToken NG-FLASH differs in existence of the built-in Flash-memory which extent can be 512MB, 1 GB, 2 GB or 4 GB. For this reason this carrier is issued only in the form of an USB key (the previous eToken devices are issued in two form factors: USB key and smart card). eToken NG-FLASH is executed based on Infineon SLE66CX642 smart card chip with memory 64 CB and the Siemens CardOS 4.20B operating system. In the device cryptographic algorithms RSA/2048, RSA/1024, DES, 3DES, SHA-1 are hardwired.

At rather large volume of Flash-memory on an USB key the image of the operating system which can be loaded for work on the computer can be written. At the same time a part of memory of eToken NG-FLASH can be protected by differentiation of the rights, having permitted the respective area only for reading. It can be done using the eToken NG-FLASH Partition Tool utility which allows to mark Flash-memory on two areas: only for reading and the area available to reading/record. In the area available only to reading, it is possible to preset necessary for the user of the application and to define a configuration file for their autostart. In this case at connection of eToken NG-FLASH to the computer the Flash-memories area will be recognized as two logical disks. From the disk available only to reading/record, autoapplications launch will be made.

If necessary, Flash-memory of the device can be redistributed between areas (with loss of the current contents of each of areas) and is initialized again by the user.

2017: Removal from sales of products of the line of eToken

The notification on plans of the termination of sale, support and maintenance of USB tokens and smart cards of the eToken PRO family (Java), eToken and CIPF of Kriptotoken as a part of the products eToken GOST^[1].

Products of the line of eToken are removed from sales since the beginning of 2017. The conditions of completion of sales and product lifecycle of a line of eToken PRO (Java) specified in the table provided below extend to all existing form factors (an USB token, a smart card and so forth). The list includes the products which both are not certified, and certified. The detailed list of models for all listed products is specified in the section "Articles and names" of the Notification.
