In RGB "Parus Budget" services 75 users

In 2007 the Sovintekh company implements the project of creation of an information system of financial and economic activity of the Russian state library based on the PARUS-the Budget 8 software product (modules "Financial Accounting", "Payroll", "Logistics").

During the project reconciliation and the subsequent revaluation of an inventory card file was made, process of its maintaining is upgraded, setup of a system for tracking of performance of agreements and the estimate is performed. Conducting budget accounting on 16 PBE is planned (currency, non-paid receipts, grants, publishing, etc.).

For the beginning of 2016 in Federal State Budgetary Institution Russian State Library 75 users work with software "PARUS-the Budget 8".

Within the project activity of accounting, personnel department, financial and economic and legal managements, department of logistics, management of functioning and monitoring of customer service is automated.

The possibility of its setup taking into account the current changes of the regulatory base and specifics of activity of structural divisions was one of the main requirements of the customer to a system. Today in a system separate accounting of income by the directions of the rendered state services, publishing accounting, accounting of agreements with consumers of content of the virtual reading room is configured.

Thanks to complex automation labor costs were significantly reduced. For example, at all stages of a cycle of purchasing activity time for collecting and the data of data was reduced twice.
