2018: The module for accounting of the movement of the marked medicines

The Parus corporation announced on April 5, 2018 inclusion in structure of software "Parus — the Budget 8" of the module automating accounting of the movement of the marked goods. The solution is intended, first of all, for participants of circulation of medicines, including the medical organizations which according to the legislation since January 1, 2020 will have to transfer data to the Federal state information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (MDLP FSIS).

The module "Accounting of the Marked Goods" allows to consider medicines, their forms, dosages, international non-proprietary names, transactions with packagings and to exchange data on the movement of packagings with MDLP FSIS as a part of the IC "Marking".

According to developers, the solution of Parus distinguishes from analogs autonomy of work — lack of a tough binding to a system of accounting of medicines. It allows to use the software product at the level of the region as a uniform cloud service, thereby providing unification of interaction of information systems of all medical institutions with a FSIS of MDLP and reduction of expenses on IT service.

According to corporation, a number of the medical organizations performing as Competence Centers on interaction with MDLP FSIS in different regions already conduct active preparation for work with MDLP FSIS using software "Parus — the Budget 8" conforming to all requirements FTS Russia and Roszdravnadzor.

2016: Integriration with EISUKS

At the end of 2016 the works on integration of software "PARUS Budget 8" with the Unified information system of management of the personnel structure of the public civil service of the Russian Federation (EISUKS) functioning based on the Federal portal of public service and the managerial personnel were completed.

Thanks to integration users of applications PARUS for control automation by the personnel of civil service had an opportunity in electronic form to transfer to EISUKS personal data of employees, information on organizational and regular structure of public authority and other regulated data on personnel problems of the public civil service. Interaction is performed by means of formation of the file of unloading in the XML format.

EISUKS is created according to Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1293 of 12/26/2013 within implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation "Information society (2011 - 2020)". The purpose of creation of a system is formation of uniform interdepartmental and interdepartmental information space on personnel problems at the federal and regional level.

Integration with EISUKS – the next result of active development of mechanisms of electronic interaction of software "PARUS Budget 8" with external systems, including the state information resources.
