1C-Rarus automated operational accounting of the producer of clothes

Specialists of 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of Veronika Feshen LLC - the Russian producer of clothes and accessories. The implemented 1C: Trade Management 8 software product helps the management to keep account in real time and to quickly obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.

Veronika Feshen LLC is engaged in production of clothes from textile materials and accessories.

The information system for conducting operational accounting by production consolidating information and allowing to solve problems was required for the company:

• Management of business activities:
  • Sales and deliveries;

• Warehouse stocks;
  • Sales planning and purchases;

• Customer relationship management:
  • Order management of buyers;

• Obtaining analytical reports:
  • Analysis of a goods turnover of the enterprise;
  • Price analysis and management of price policy.

Among the software products presented at the market the solution "1C: Trade Management 8" was selected. Involved 1C-Rarus company in execution of the project.

As a result of automation of 10 jobs the Veronika Feshen company had following features:

• Complex accounting of business processes at the enterprise, beginning from maintaining reference books, finishing with obtaining the different analytical reporting;
• Automatic execution of primary documents of a trade and inventory control that allows to increase company performance;
• Accounting in real time that promotes operational preparation of information for decision making;
• Use of a common information space for the accurate organization of interaction of divisions;
• Carrying out monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.
