In leading enterprise of Krasnoyarsk Krai on industrial processing of glass of Siberian Glass Company Ltd the project on setting and automation of a management system together with INTALEV company started.

Today "The Siberian glass company" has network of the enterprises for production and sales of products in the cities of Siberian Federal District: Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Novokuznetsk, Abakan and Irkutsk. The company actively develops, opening new branches and purchasing businesses.

Such structure requires strong centralized operation and unified standards of work of branches and also a business scaling option. To increase efficiency of holding, the management of "The Siberian glass company" made the decision to optimize a management system.
