In leading enterprise of Krasnoyarsk Krai on industrial processing of glass of Siberian Glass Company Ltd the project on setting and automation of a management system together with INTALEV company started.

Today "The Siberian glass company" has network of the enterprises for production and sales of products in the cities of Siberian Federal District: Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Novokuznetsk, Abakan and Irkutsk. The company actively develops, opening new branches and purchasing businesses.

Such structure requires strong centralized operation and unified standards of work of branches and also a business scaling option. To increase efficiency of holding, the management of "The Siberian glass company" made the decision to optimize a management system. The information platform for automation selected the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Implementation of the tasks set by the management of "The Siberian glass company" for consultants of INTALEV Group assumes consecutive study of several blocks. Them, in particular, will be: development of the development strategy and key performance indicators of work; design of an organization structure of holding with selection of management company; and also setting of a management system for finance of the company. As a result the management of the enterprise will be able to control achievement of strategic objectives and accomplishment of key indicators by divisions in the current mode.
