The majority of changes concerned Business version. Now "INTALEV: KM7" works at the 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3.9 in the mode and without the compatibility mode with 8.3.8, on the 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3.10 in the compatibility mode with 8.3.8, 8.3.9 and without the compatibility mode, on the 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3.11 in the mode of compatibility 8.3.8, 8.3.9 and 8.3.10. Project management system in structure "INTALEV: Corporate management" was replenished with the editor of projects using whom users can detail project information, to tasks, works. Certificate "1C: Compatible!"

The INTALEV group in 2017 underwent the next certification of the flagship software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" 1C Company.

A system was provided on certification as the configuration developed among "1C:Enterprise 8.3" in the mode of managed application and as a result received the next certificate "1C: Compatible!".

INTALEV: Corporate management 7.3.0

On August 17, 2017 the INTALEV Group provided release 7.3.0 of an update of an enterprise management system "INTALEV: Corporate management" and module "Project management".

In release 7.3.0 more than 80 modifications in 10 directions appeared. The module "Project management" was replenished with changes:

  • the functionality for work planning is expanded,
  • speed and convenience of work with diagrams and information increased,
  • simpler work with data bulks,
  • high-speed performance increased.

Storage of files of archive on a disk became possible. The platform for work "INTALEV: Corporate management" - 1C: Enterprise 8.3.10 in the compatibility mode with 8.3.8.

Features of release

  • For convenience of planning the form with short data on the project – Signs of the Project is created. The form is caused from a command bar and allows to edit project properties.
  • The efficiency and functionality of planning on works and projects increased. For the document "Work" it is possible to set type and date of restrictions that allows a system to consider restrictions on the general working schedule of the project.
  • The plan and the fact in one window. In the document "Work" it is possible to configure visibility of planned and actual values now.
  • There was an opportunity to create difficult multilevel filters that allows to optimize work with large volumes of data and to obtain only the necessary information.
  • Visualization of the chart Ganta was replenished with convenient tags, and in the editor of projects it is possible to move works now.
  • Files of archive can be stored on a disk now. Users of a system can store files of archive in the folder on a disk. It will allow to unload the database and to display archive in separate space of storage.
  • Import from MS Project and from 1C bases is finished and also loading of values of details is added to import from MS Project (relevant for the module "Project management").
  • In an equation editor there were several transactions, including for the module "Project management" using which the user can establish connection on the previous and subsequent works.
  • The possibility of start of a server macro from an event is implemented.
  • There was an opportunity to include and turn off automatic calculation of formulas.

Mobile application "INTALEV: Corporate management"

On May 22, 2017 the INTALEV group announced release of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" in the form of mobile application on the IOS platform.

Functionality:

  • Task management. The user can control online receipt of tasks, carry out the tasks appointed to it in a system to enter comments and adjustments.
  • Work with documents. The documents attached to the user's task it is possible to browse and make corrections. The updated file is saved in uniform archive of a system and is available to the users having the appropriate rights.
  • Viewing management reporting. The application is opened by access to the management reporting configured in a corporate system. The user can create reports for the selected period with the selected frequency.

On November 7, 2016 the INTALEV group announced a product release exit "INTALEV: Corporate management" version 7.2.3.

According to the statement of developers, the functionality of a product regarding project management is expanded, changes in the list of the designer of the management reporting are made, attention is paid to security and licensing. The majority of changes affected edition "Business". The platform for system operation became "1C: Enterprise" 8.3.8 without the compatibility mode with 8.3.7.

INTALEV: Corporate management 7.2.0

Key innovations of a system "INTALEV: Corporate management":

  • There were managerial registers of accumulation. And together with it and a possibility of import of data from registers of accumulation of external information bases 1C to managerial registers of accumulation. Both opportunities are included in the version Business;

The Statuses mechanism is essentially a different approach to work with objects of a system and can supplement or replace the mechanism of business processes (workflow). Its essence of an opportunity to manage a system behavior through appointment to objects (documents, elements of qualifiers, cards of documents) of certain statuses.

Now user of a product "INTALEV: Corporate management" can set statuses to which it is necessary to transfer each object of a system and to appoint actions which should be performed in the manual or automatic mode upon transition to this status.

Main changes in version 7.1 "INTALEV: Corporate management":

The innovations which were a part of the new version "INTALEV are carried earlier out: Corporate management" on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform:

  • The new method of determination of cost value is implemented: For the period. When using this method the order of documents on arrival of goods and documents on an expense of these goods within the selected period is not important.
  • The report Account turnovers is implemented. The report allows to obtain information on turnovers and also on a remaining balance for the beginning and the end of the period on the specific account for a certain period with the set frequency.

New version "INTALEV: Corporate management" works at the platform not below "1C: Enterprise 8.3.4". If there is a license for product release 7.0.20, it is not required to obtain the license of new release (7.1.0).

Changes are made to the interface of a uniform of the Designer of the management reporting: now directly on this form it is possible to specify the resources displaid in the report, to customize the display of absolute and relative deviations, to set selections.
  • Control of security is improved. The possibility of formation of the specialized report "Audit of a card" is implemented. INTALEV: Corporate management 7.0.9

In new release developers paid special attention to optimization of the following areas: accounting according to IFRS, data analysis, work with documents, procedural procedures, security, speed and stability of system operation. Besides, according to wishes of users of a system the functionality of a system was expanded. Among innovations and sovershenstvovaniye:

  • The reversal copying mechanism allowing to keep account according to IFRS more conveniently is implemented;
  • Possibilities for the analysis and modeling of "Chto-Esli" are expanded. In particular, possibilities of the analysis of NPV and IRR in the Designer of the management reporting are implemented, the convenience of work in the report "The analysis of the adapter" is increased;
  • Expanded set of procedural tasks;
  • The functionality is expanded during the work with proformas and tasks;
  • High-speed performance of a system is increased. Namely, regarding work with documents (opening, carrying out, setup of documents) and obtaining the reporting;
  • Stability of system operation is increased.

2011: INTALEV: Corporate management 7.0.8

There was a new release "INTALEV: Corporate management" which can work at 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2.14". Among the main innovations and improvements:

  • New opportunities of import of data

Now the possibility of use of files Microsoft Excel as external data sources with a possibility of import of data from them in "INTALEV is available: Corporate management" in real time. Besides there was a connectivity of any external data sources, connection to which is possible through ODBC.

  • New transaction types

New transaction types in an equation editor are implemented. It is possible to use any types of formulas for accounting and calculation of depreciation that any method of calculation of wear will allow to apply.

  • Improvements in work with the reporting

Interactive work with interpretation of reports is improved. At creation of charts the output of several resources is provided at once and also the possibility of creation of any analytic functions is implemented. Also the users working with reports are given more convenient opportunities of change of report settings.

  • Development of the mechanism of broadcastings

Perform data exchange between an operational circuit "INTALEV: Corporate management" and managerial it became extremely simple. In a product the possibility of broadcastings in which the register of accumulation acts as a source and/or the receiver is implemented.

  • Opportunity for work via mobile devices

Product availability for mobile devices is improved. For ensuring comfortable work the size of some interface elements is increased and also support of touch input is implemented. When using the 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2.14 the web client working for iPad under control of the mobile browser which is built in "1C: Enterprise" became available.

  • Improvement in the interface

Now to users "INTALEV: Corporate management" is available alternative option of work of the interface of the application solution "in one window with tabs". In this mode accomplishment of commands from a navigation bar or switching of sections does not close the current form.

  • Exchange of documents by e-mail

An opportunity to send copies of documents by e-mail is implemented: proformas, tasks.

  • Additional flexibility in business processes

The mechanism of deputies is implemented: now the user who is appointed the deputy of other user can carry out the tasks appointed to this user.

  • Growth of high-speed performance and stability

Now "INTALEV: Corporate management" became even quicker due to query tuning to databases. Performance of work with document lists is improved (proformas, tasks). Stability of work of already being available functionality is increased.

In 2009-2010 INTALEV performed investments into development of the flagship product and announced a release of the alpha "INTALEV: Corporate management", functioning on the new platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2".

Growth of number of managerial competences and expansion of technical capabilities allowed to create the single solution which incorporated family of the integrated products of the company and BPM conforming to requirements of the concept: program and methodical complex "INTALEV: Corporate management". In 2010 INTALEV submitted to the market the 7th version of a complex which exceeded last versions not only on functional and technical characteristics, the concept of a product changed. Now the methodology of management became its basis that allows to automate and put in a uniform vertical: Strategy, Finance, Sales and Personnel in a single system.
