History

2017

INTALEV Group in 2017 held a number of business actions in the different cities of Russia. Especially hot topics for master classes were selected. Also the Academy of management INTALEV continues to pay attention to increase in professional qualification of the clients.

On a regular basis the Academy of management INTALEV conducts master classes and training courses, creating expert centers of competences among teams of employees of the client.

2016

• 2016 for INTALEV became anniversary: the 20 anniversary of the activity was celebrated by group, the Siberian office was 10 years old.
• The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation included the flagship software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" in the Unified register of the Russian software.

2015

• Functionality of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" is complemented with new opportunities for work with documents, data processing and formation of the management reporting.
• New services "Business performance express diagnostics" and "A technique of exact strategic management" are brought to the market.
• The line of the training client actions for issues of increase in business performance, management of finance and budgetings in the conditions of risk and uncertainty is completely updated.

2014

• The INTALEV group acquired the exclusive right to use of the verbal commodity designation "Target Funnel" (engl. "Target Funnel")
• INTALEV Group announces the beginning of sales of the flagship product "INTALEV: Corporate management" according to the SaaS model.
• The first projects on development and deployment of model of key indicators of activity (KPI) in large holding structures are executed. Among them such companies as Agropromkomplektation, Dmitrogorskoye agrarian and industrial Complex, UK "Partner Service" and others.

2013

• The new book "Fight for Efficiency" was published. In the first two months circulation dispersed to the last copy, in the following half a year it turned into the desktop edition for top managers.
• Based on the ranking of the Kazakhstan consulting companies prepared by RAEX Kazakhstan Rating agency, the INTALEV group won first place on rendering services in the field of finance consulting, services in the field of strategic planning and organizational development, and also entered the five of the leading companies on rendering consulting services in Kazakhstan.
• Methodologists of INTALEV Group prepare a training course "Development of the system of performance indicators" which gives the comprehensive information about setting of the KPI system in the company

2012

• Representations in the territory of the Russian Federation, in Krasnoyarsk and in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan are open.
• Management system for business efficiency "INTALEV: Corporate management" was replenished with the version — "PROF", the new license type "A limited workplace" also appeared. More than one hundred technical improvements are carried out.
• The line of training courses was replenished with a new course "the Expert. Development of the system of performance indicators".

Change of structure of regional presence at the European part of the Russian Federation

On April 10, 2012 the INTALEV group announced change of strategy and structure of the regional presence at the European part of the Russian Federation. To replace regional representative offices INTALEV in the Volga, Northwest, Ural, and North Caucasian federal districts are created 2 large Development center and rendering services of consulting and implementation of business management systems which are located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The most qualified consultants, project managers and specialists with a considerable experience of project work in INTALEV and also the best staff of the regional representative offices stated above became the staff of the centers.

The purpose of changes — transition to model of direct rendering services, without regional offices and intermediaries in the European part of the Russian Federation. In general, according to the statement of the company, creation of the joint centers is called:

• provide the uniform high standard of accomplishment of consulting projects in all territory of the European part of the Russian Federation;
• raise the high level of complexity and quality of rendering services INTALEV;
• accelerate development processes of new technologies of business management and the report to clients of managerial innovations;
• integrate experience and practice INTALEV from different regional offices.

Due to the opening of the joint centers of development and consulting INTALEV the INTALEV Urals regional office in Yekaterinburg already completed the work. The office "INTALEV Northwest" was merged into Development center and consulting in St. Petersburg. The office "INTALEV Volga region" located in Nizhny Novgorod will stop the work after accomplishment of all obligations which are available before the current clients.

As specified in the company, the Development center and consulting in St. Petersburg services clients from St. Petersburg, the Leningrad, Pskov, Novgorod, Murmansk regions and also the Republic of Karelia. Clients from other regions of the Northwestern Federal District and also the Central, Volga, Ural, North Caucasian federal districts need to address to the Moscow office "INTALEV".

• December, 2010: Obtaining the license of FSB of Russia for an implementation of works, the data connected with use which are the state secret. License validity period - till April 22, 2012. 2009

Description of activity

In 2009 the INTALEV company declared itself as about software developer for business process automation. The majority of products of the company are compatible to the platform of 1C. Representative offices of INTALEV group, as of 2009, were located in all federal districts of Russia, in Ukraine, in Kazakhstan. The partner network included the companies from Russia, the CIS countries, Asia, Eastern Europe, South Africa.

The main activities in 2009 were:

2008

• At the end of 2008 INTALEV entered in top-5 the largest consulting groups of Russia in the field of Finance consulting (RAEX), in top-20 — among the auditor and consulting companies ("Finance.").
• About 250 enterprises of Russia and the CIS countries entrusted consultants INTALEV optimization of a management system. Operators of retail (17%), construction, development, management companies (11%), educational institutions (11%), the enterprises of the food industry (6.5%), the logistic sector (6.5%), IT sphere (5.1%) became primary clients.
• The INTALEV group won the state tender for training of staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The RAEX rating agency recognized the project on implementation of the automated control system for finance on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management" in OTKRYTIYE-Nedvizhimost company the best based on the research "Successful IT Cases" in a class of the products BPM (Business Performance Management — business performance management) in 2008.

2007

• One of the most significant events of 2007 is a formation of regional network. In 2007 the office in the Far East was opened, and now the INTALEV group has representations in the capitals of each federal district of Russia and also in Ukraine and in Kazakhstan.
• Conclusion of an agreement about cooperation with ORACLE company — the world leader in the market of solutions on business performance management (Corporate Performance Management, CPM) according to the research Gartner (Magic Quadrant for CPM Suites, 2007). As a result of partnership INTALEV acquired the right to sell technologies and software products of ORACLE and also to render implementation services of products of Oracle corporation.
• The INTALEV company successfully implemented about 100 projects on setting and automation of modern management systems.
• The INTALEV company brings to the market a new system — "INTALEV: Corporate management". The solution is universal family of the integrated products which can meet requirements of the ERP level.
• Release of the new version of the software product "INTALEV: OLAP for Corporate finances of 2005" — "INTALEV: Corporate analytics", the instant multidimensional data analysis (Business Intelligence) intended for carrying out, collected in other products of a system "INTALEV: Corporate management".
• The product providing the mechanism of remote access of users via the Internet — "INTALEV is created: Corporate WEB PORTAL".
• INTALEV became the first company which certified the software product "INTALEV: Corporate finances" on the platform of 1C according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• The competence "Project management" INTALEV received the official status PMI R.E.P. This status is official confirmation of quality of educational services in the field of project management.

• Active work with universities for training of students of software of production INTALEV began.
