The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in the Engineering center "Energoauditkontrol" started

GMCS and the Engineering center "ENERGOAUDITKONTROL" announce start of the project of creation of the automated control system for the enterprise based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.

The implemented system is designed to increase effective management of difficult projects which are implemented by the Engineering center "ENERGOAUDITKONTROL", on all their lifecycle and also assumes complex automation of production processes. The information system will cover the central office of the company in Moscow and the isolated structural divisions located in the largest cities of Russia.

Taking into account specifics of the project-oriented company within a common information space processes of management of projects, finance, the movement of the inventory items (II), post-project service maintenance, production and accounting of technical documentation will be automated.

As Dmitry Zelenov, the deputy CEO for organizational development of the Engineering center "ENERGOAUDITKONTROL" notes: "Each our project is unique in terms of technical parameters, complexity of execution and geographical scale. With implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 we will receive the integrated tool for project management on all lifecycle, from planning before commissioning and the subsequent service maintenance of our systems. Increase in efficiency of management decisions due to receiving complete and up-to-date information about a current status of projects will become important result".

The choice of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 as the uniform instrument of automation is caused by the most profitable ratio "price/quality" in comparison with solutions of other suppliers. Creation of an information system is performed step by step. It is planned that start of the first stage of the project in trial operation will take place in the first quarter 2012. By this moment specialists of the engineering center will receive tools for planning and control of projects, settlings with customers, suppliers and contractors and also traffic control of Inventories (logistics, an inventory control).
