Automation of accounting of motor transport based on software "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8" in JSC Rostelecom

The company management of JSC Rostelecom made the decision to automate accounting of vehicles. The 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" which provides complex support of business processes was for this purpose purchased, allows to receive and use information necessary for acceptance of management decisions and ensuring accounting of organization activity.

Main opportunities of the software product

• Accounting of orders for motor transport, user-friendly graphical interface of distribution of orders by cars, tracking of the status of task performance;
• Statement and processing of the following waybills;
• Calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption;
• Calculation of development in waybills by different parameters;
• Calculation of charges for the salary of the driver;
• Simultaneous accounting of the fuel purchased by different methods;
• Settings of the table of dependence of standards of a consumption of fuel and lubricants on temperature;
• Possibility of use of previously completed reference book of models of vehicles (more than 500 models) with the set consumption rates of fuel and lubricants;
• Data loading of processing centers on detailing of fuel and lubricants gas stations;
• Accounting of maintenance and repair of vehicles;
• Accounting of number spare parts and units;
• Accounting of the provided services and the performed works on customers. In the solution ample opportunities of setup of price lists and rates for road haulage are implemented;
