1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport for "The female taxi"

Specialists of 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of "The female taxi". "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8" helps the taxi to keep account of vehicles. The software product provides complex support of business processes, obtaining information on a company performance on the basis of which the correct management decisions for increase in efficiency of the taxi are made.

The management of the taxi set the object – increase in efficiency of business and increase in controllability by the company. The software product for complex support of business processes, ensuring accounting of activity, obtaining information on a company performance was required.

The 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 Standard software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" was for this purpose purchased. Carrying out the project was charged to specialists of 1C-Rarus company thanks to existence of wide experience of automation of transport companies.

The software product allowed to automate the following tasks:

• Accounting of orders for motor transport, user-friendly graphical interface of distribution of orders by cars, tracking of the status of task performance;
• Statement and processing of waybills;
• Calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption;
• Calculation of development in waybills by different parameters;
• Data loading of processing centers on detailing of fuel and lubricants gas stations;
• Accounting of maintenance and repair of vehicles;
• Accounting of number buses and accumulators.

With the help "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 Standard" the company keeps simultaneous account of the fuel purchased by different methods:

• Purchased for cash;
• Received according to coupons;
• Purchased according to cards of cashless payment;
• The enterprise issued from a warehouse;
• Received at the third-party supplier.

The program helps to conduct cost analysis and profitability of work of vehicles. The obtained information on work of the taxi allows to make competent management decisions for increase in efficiency of activity of the company.
