The Inline Group company, the partner of NR company, at the forum "The Innovation Worlds of NR" which took place on September 29 in Moscow held the presentation of a new solution "Inlayn. Transformer service Desk". The product is addressed to the organizations planning migration of a management system for IT services from NR Service Desk for the Service Manager (SM) HP platform.
The packet of HP of Service Desk was widely used for automation of ITSM processes for a number of years. In 2007 the HP company released a new product of HP Service Manager and announced the termination since 2011 of deliveries and support of NR Service Desk. As declare in Inlayn, application of its new solution allows to perform migration on HP SM with full save of data, terminology, the forms and processes characteristic of implementation of ITSM based on HP Service Desk. "Inlayn. The Transformer service Desk" implements the main ITSM processes "as in Service Desk" and allows to get all advantages of flexibility and performance of a product of HP of Service Manager. Depending on needs of the customer a part of processes can be transferred "as is", a part is finished, and new processes which were not implemented fully in last product can be constructed proceeding from opportunities of the HP SM platform.
