Data exchange between a processing center and a back office of bank most often happens by means of file exchange. For automation of this process in the InvoCard system we implemented the principle of format independence. Special language which allowed to describe files of any format was developed, and at the expense of it to automate data entry from these files. Thanks to it connection of a new processing center at us comes down to need to make via the special interface the description of file formats of data exchange with this processing. Accomplishment of such work usually requires several hours of time. Now the InvoCard database already contains descriptions of all interchange formats data for all Russian processing centers.

In addition to format data exchange the InvoCard system can interact with many processing centers by means of direct online interaction.

The software package InvoCard interacts in practice with the core banking system of all leading Russian developers. Special gateways which allow databases to interact directly with each other by means of SQL queries are developed for joining with most of them. With the separate core banking systems which are not understanding standard language of requests special data exchange by means of file protocols is implemented.

With foreign core banking systems software the East, Commerzbank Eurasia, UniCreditBank, Moskommertsbank is set in such banks as BNP PARIBAS.

The InvoCard system is on sale with an open program code. Therefore with necessary knowledge and experience specialists of banks can independently develop separate modules. Most often it concerns some very specific forms of the reporting, joinings with the different software (except the core banking system), integration projects, some minor functions. Some banks IT-podrazdeleniya contain on some hundreds of programmers. Therefore there is nothing surprising that heads of such divisions try to use the specialists as developers of some own unique functionality within the InvoCard system.
