Biography

In 1991 Leonid graduated from mekhaniko-mathematical faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Completed later professional development course according to the results of which received professional certificates of CCNP, CCDP and CCSI.

Mr. Kolpachev has extensive work experience in the organizations providing communication services, Internet access, sales of telecommunication and network equipment and also long-term experience of teaching activities in several higher education institutions for such disciplines as the higher mathematics, programming essentials, information science, a logic theory and fundamentals of network technologies.

Worked in the MARK-ITT company which is engaged in system integration, design, preparation and implementation of network projects, under the leadership of Mr. Kolpachev large-scale projects in Sberbank, the Tax inspection and other state structures were implemented.

Later Leonid Kolpachev within five years was the head of the department of project support of partners in Komptek International, one of the leading distributors of telecommunication and network equipment created by him in Russia.

In 2011 it is appointed the director of the department of telecommunications and the built-in systems in Sitronics Information Technologies company where coordinates internal mechanisms of work with customers for the purpose of improving competitiveness of the company in profile areas – development, and also supervises questions of implementation and maintenance of technical solutions for telecom operators. Also IT consulting of the enterprises of the industry, creation and upgrade of the transport environment, OSS/BSS of systems and IT infrastructure of telecommunication companies belong to the general tasks of Department of telecommunication solutions operational, managerial.
