"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Aerotranskargo

The data center "1C-Rarus" completed the project of automation of Aerotranskargo forwarding company.

Implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" promoted the complete solution of the tasks connected with payroll and implementation of the HR policy. Abilities to manage financial motivation of personnel, calculation of taxes and contributions from wage fund by the Russian legislation, reflections of the accrued payroll and taxes – got these and other advantages Aerotranskargo on project deliverables in costs of the enterprise.

Cooperation of 1C-Rarus and Aerotranskargo companies started in 2009. The main business processes of transport carrier using the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management and 1C: Accounting software products are automated. In 2011 cooperation came to a new stage.

At this stage the management Aerotranskargo made the decision on automation of payroll and personnel management. The "1C: Payroll and HR Management" software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" was for this purpose selected and implemented.

As a result of automation the Aerotranskargo company had following features:

• Management of financial motivation of personnel;
• Assessment of degree of completeness of the staff of the company;
• Requirements planning in personnel;
• Planning of the means necessary for compensation of personnel, for any time frame;
• Assessment of "quality" of employees, analysis of level and reasons of a staff turnover;
• Reporting for any settlement period with different options of a design (analytical reports, evident diagrams and charts).

The transport company purchased the inexpensive and effective tool for carrying out the HR policy and staff management where about 40 people enter.
