Government of the Kurgan region (Creation of an electronic document management system)

The government of the Kurgan region (www.kurganobl.ru) within the open competition in 2007 ordered engineering design of an electronic document management system.

Within this project the NAUMEN company acted as the consultant, the carried-out works preceded development and deployment of an electronic document management system in the Government of the Kurgan region and included preparation of the following documents:

• Methodical recommendations about creation of a standard system of the documentary ensuring management (DEM) in executive bodies of area (the document reflects the main aspects of the organization of document flow, first of all paper. Based on the document regulations of preschool educational institution should be developed. The document was developed by the Ekaterinburg company specializing in creation of the systems of office-work);

• Regulations of preschool educational institution (documents were developed on the basic documentary processes for the purpose of them to formalize for further automation);

• The engineering design of a standard electronic document management system of the regional government (describes the main requirements to a system and the processes assumed to automation).

All project documentation passed the examination in the All-Russian Research Institute of document science and archiving (VNIIDAD) for the purpose of obtaining the expert opinion containing the analysis of project materials and assessment of their quality and compliance to office-work regulations and also recommendations about implementation and implementation. All documentation received positive reviews.
