The implementation project of the software solution Naumen Telecom in RDM-Holding is implemented in 2006.
During the project which was based on the solution "IP call center of Naumen Phone" jobs of operators were automated, means for a call recording and hands-off processing of calls are created, tools are developed for routing of calls, the organization of queues and means for transfer of the subscriber from one queue in another.
