Emergence of new sales markets along with growth of the company caused the necessity in ordering and consolidation of accounting business processes of the enterprise. The company management made the decision on implementation of a modern corporate information system for accounting at the enterprise. The system allowing to keep account of trade operations was required; warehouse logistics; purchase planning and sales; accounting and tax accounting; personnel records and payroll; budgeting of income and expenses, cash flows.

The management Chukotsnab gave preference to the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. Involved 1C-Rarus company thanks to extensive experience with corporate clients in automation.

The project provided step-by-step system implementation. At the first stage specialists needed to solve the following problems:

  • Consolidate accounting Chukotsnab in a uniform information field;
  • Automate territorially remote divisions of the company and warehouses of fuels and lubricants;
  • Organize operational data acquisition (stocks, purchases, sales) for acceptance of management decisions;
  • Put into operation control block customer relations;
  • Distribute areas of responsibility of employees and in connection therewith to differentiate access rights to information.

As a result of implementation of the first project phase Chukotsnab company:

  • Had an opportunity to keep operational accounting of oil products in an information system;
  • Strengthened centralized operation by separate divisions and warehouses and reservoir parks of storage of fuel and lubricants;
  • Increased quality and efficiency of work with clients;
  • Increased efficiency of control of payments and the amount of receivables;
  • Reduced the amount of receivables;
  • Reduced the term of accomplishment of orders;
  • Optimized the movement of materials and stock balance.

As Roman Fattakhov, the head of department of communication and information support commented on SUE CHAO Chukotsnab, "On the first project stage 30 jobs in departments of wholesale of oil products and accounting are automated. A system allows to accelerate accomplishment of the current work and to quickly obtain reliable information about product sales and its payment.
