ILADA (system)

CIS of ILADA is the CRM, the ERP system for business process automation of the enterprises offering autonomous (installation on the client's server) and outsourcing solutions (work on the Internet).

What is today CIS of ILADA:

• System core – the modules "Generator of Information Systems", "Document flow", "Information resources"
• Management of the organization, is not dependent on pattern of ownership - it is the modules "Customer Relationship Management", "Process Management and Works", "Human resource management", "Management of Material Stocks", "Management of Fixed Assets", "The Regulated Reporting"

CIS of ILADA is used also for management of ILADA LLC. Here such modules as "Human resource management", Accounting, Budgeting, "The organizer of collective works", Marketing are used. The project for the PKB of "Lazarit" "Budget of salary and an automated workplace of the head" is handed over developments on requests of TZTO Are made. Work business of processes is organized and work with clients of "The first promotion company" Is continued support of the companies working on the servers. The information system of ILADA was provided as the system working on technology of cloud solutions. The program is on servers of the company. Clients are given access to the data through the protected Internet channels. ILADA is initially focused on enterprise management: planning, accounting of execution of plans, analysis and decision making. At the same time both works, and budgets are planned. In addition ILADA as much as possible simplifies document flow, allowing to exchange the most part of documents exclusively in electronic form, avoiding costs for printing and delivery. A system can work in different operating systems; the user, using the generator designer of forms, can independently configure document forms; now the head has no need to require accounting and tax reports for the analysis of a situation. The accounting analytics is not necessary. The most part of the reporting is not necessary. It is rather simple to display the information required, using necessary filters and multiple convenient functions of a system.

Many use such tools as time-management, an organizer, a time a board for the organization of personal time. Someone uses for this purpose special calendars, someone spreadsheets or Outlook software products. On the organization of personal time many books are written. Courses of lectures and seminars are held. Personally I was at one of such seminars in 1986 in Denmark in Time management company and since then I use the gained knowledge for management of personal time.

However this tool is insufficient for time management of the employees. I tried to use different programs for project management like MS Project. Used programs for management of the current processes like PVC Tracker. Used Excel, different EDMS and so forth. It is valid somehow and somewhere helped. For example, the management program for projects for the organization of a small amount of projects. However, the problem was that the same employees participated as in project, and production processes. Besides same tasks of study of the new directions are charged by employees. Moreover, the same employees respond to letters and requests of other employees and clients. Thus, any of these products did not allow to manage collective time of staff of the organization. And we created the software product which allows to do it – the system of the organization of collective works.

A system includes possibilities of planning, execution and control of all works accompanying production, project, research and information processes. I do not know as far as it is necessary for you, but many companies use it, reducing decision making time, paper document flow and improving interaction and mutual understanding of employees. Now in this organization about 600 employees in 5 cities of the Russian Federation work with our system. A system allowed not "forget" not one of tasks, significantly reduced paper document flow.
