HRB Portal

AGroup announced in October, 2011 an exit of a new solution for personnel management - HRB Portal founded on web technologies. The portal represents a common information space for communication of all participants of personnel business processes, since non-management employees and finishing HR specialists and company management. HRB Portal is already now used in the Latvian department of TAMRO company, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Northern Europe.

Cooperation with BaltCap investment fund which began in July of this year allowed AGroup to strengthen work on development of the portal and to accelerate terms of its entry into the market. It should be noted that the release of HRB Portal is the first step in transfer of functionality to the web sphere and answers strategic plans of the company within which is going to offer service of SaaS in the nearest future.

HRB Portal allows to work with a system far off and significantly releases personnel department and accounting for the solution of more significant tasks as gives to employees the chance to perform limited actions with data in a personnel system. This some kind of window to the company world which allows to collect HR-information in a single system and to give access to all participants of personnel processes according to access rights.

HRB Portal contains the automation equipment of business processes with the built-in graphics editor. Users can independently set up solutions specific HR processes using Workflow Designer and by that to resolve an issue of automation without involvement of external consultants.

As the application is roleoriyentirovnny, tool kit and powers and also data availability are defined by a role of the user and volume of its action in the general system of processes. Any employee who uses HRB Portal in the work can get acquainted with news of the company, use the address directory or library of documents. Using HRB Portal the head can control the personnel processes related to any subordinate, for example, to send to employees the notification on need to enter information on costs of working time. Owing to application of the portal of HR service and finance division are saved from routine and expensive data entry transaction on time.

The Latvian office of TAMRO company which uses the HRB system for automation of the business processes became the first company which applied HRB Portal to optimization, increase in efficiency and speed of accomplishment of personnel tasks.
