At the beginning of 2011 in "The Moscow chayerazvesochny company" commercial operation of a system "Institute of Model Solutions began: Process production 8" in which implementation specialists of "Institute of Standard Solutions — Production" (ISSP) were engaged one and a half years. Thanks to a new system at the enterprise preparation of accounting and managerial reports accelerated, the accuracy of cost accounting of finished goods grew, the detail of cost analysis of the enterprise increased.

Moskovskaya chayerazvesochnaya kompaniya (MChK LLC) - one of the oldest and largest Russian tea companies. The factory is a producer and the distributor of tea of the That trademark ("Tea with an elephant"), Nikitin, "No. 36" and some others. Products of MChK LLC are delivered to all federal districts of Russia from Kaliningrad to Nakhodka, to Republic of Belarus, to the Baltic States, Europe and in the USA.

"Replacement of the outdated program and implementation of an end-to-end system of automation of the enterprise which could not only perform functions managerial and accounting, but also to provide detailed cost accounting of products, to provide planning features was required for us, – L.I. Frolova, the project manager from "The Moscow chayerazvesochny company" notes. – It was necessary to increase the speed of obtaining information on current situation at the enterprise for needs of top managers and owners of the company".

At the initial stages of the project the management of MChK LLC sounded tasks which a new system had to solve:

  • increase in speed of formation of managerial and accounting reports, including automatic formation of the regulated reporting,
  • increase in accuracy of cost accounting of finished goods (at the same time the accounting of all inventory items had to be carried out in two independent units of measure: weight and number of the whole packagings),
  • increase in detail of cost analysis of the enterprise.

As the optimal software product for the solution of the tasks designated above was the configuration "is selected by Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The solution provided the main functionality in the field of production accounting and planning, creation of reports of the necessary extent of detailing, support of business processes of export activity, almost without requiring completions. An additional argument was the fact that the product is created based on successful projects of Institute of Model Solutions company on automation of large enterprises with process type of production.

As a result of automation system implementation at the enterprise it was succeeded to reduce terms of formation of standard accounting records to 1-2 minutes and the regulated accounting reports up to 5 minutes. Specialists of Institute of Model Solutions could reduce labor input of registration in the system of primary documents of economic transactions and, as a result, increase the input speed of documents users twice. A system provides to the management of "MChK" the exact automated cost accounting of the turned-out products, also in a system formation of the most labor-consuming regulated reports for the Federal Tax Service is automated, duplication of operations of information input on the movement of the inventory items (II), settlement, production and sale of goods, works, services in bookkeeping registers is excluded.

Experts of Institute of Model Solutions jointly with specialists of "MChK" carried out all tasks set by the management of factory. Today in a system "Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8" works 46 employees of the enterprise at the following sections:

  • raw materials purchase, including operations on foreign economic activity (the accounting is carried out in two units of raw materials);
  • accounting of Inventories in warehouses;
  • accounting;
  • laboratory (automatic selection of tea raw materials by packagings);
  • production (accounting of raw materials, materials and semi-finished products);
  • retail, wholesale, export and commission trade.

All works on creation of the ASUP system were performed according to earlier developed plan and within the approved budget.

At the moment increase in productivity of work of employees due to decrease in time of information processing and report generation became result of creation of the new automated control system. Need of duplication of data entry in a system is excluded. In October, 2011 at the enterprise planning system implementation is planned that will allow to calculate exact amount of raw materials for production. Then on the instructions of company management implementation of a budgeting subsystem will be performed.
