Monarkh Group integrates the enterprises of the construction industry of a different profile and scale. By the beginning of 2007 the Monarkh Concern (the former name of Monarkh Group) in development of business met difficulties in management. Old methods of management lost the relevance and limited development of the company.

For preserving of positive dynamics of growth of business shareholders of Monarkh Concern made the decision to carry out significant conversions. The main managerial objectives became transition to project management at the level of all Concern and creation of a uniform corporate information system. For the solution of these tasks it was necessary to create the uniform corporate database on all range of installation and construction works based on the relevant normative reference information.

Based on the held tender a choice for benefit of the SAP ERP system was made. For creation of the unified information system of Monarkh Concern the SAP solutions ERP were used (SAP All-in-One) SAP BI SAP RE. System implementation was performed by the Russian company Innology – the partner of corporation SAP.

System implementation of management of SAP ERP in Concern began in March, 2007 and occurred in several stages. The business restructuring which is carried out during the project qualitatively rebuilt management of Monarkh Concern, allowed to use actively modern methods of end-to-end project management and provided Concern with management tools the costs of construction production which became especially relevant in the conditions of crisis. System operation of SAP in Monarkh Group is conducted directly and on construction objects. Today in Monarkh Group the principle of management, new to Group, is created. Give to heads of construction projects authority and responsibility to monitor quality, terms and accomplishment of other indicators of construction of the facility. Provides for the solution of these tasks SAP ERP to the project manager all necessary tools.

After system implementation of SAP in Monarkh Group the order and supply of materials to construction objects is performed proceeding from the planned requirement and to the set term. Thus, it was succeeded to reduce excesses of building materials on an object and for 15-20% to release the money resources which are earlier frozen in stocks. Optimization of working schedules of construction machines and mechanisms on building sites also allowed to save up to 10-15% on reduction of outages of technology. Now the unified information system based on the SAP solution is implemented in all structures of Monarkh Group.
