2013: IBS Deputy Director General

In February 2013, IBS Group announced the appointment of Ishkhan Kazinyan as IBS Deputy CEO and Head of the Data Integration Division in the Group's integration business. Technologies for data integration and, in particular, for work with "big data" (Big Data) have to become one of the most dynamically developing segments of the IT market and the driver of growth for IBS.

IBS Group has experience in implementing systems and application integration projects. For the largest Russian and international companies, IBS has implemented dozens of projects in such areas as data consolidation and business analytics, regulatory reference information management, monitoring systems, portal solutions.

The so-called "big data" analytics is a promising new challenge for data integration. Experts predict that the volume of data created (including corporations) will grow avalanche: in the next 5 years, the growth rate of digital information will reach 50% per year. This is due to the rapid spread of broadband and wireless network access, mobile digital devices, a variety of Internet services, m2m technologies. A significant part of the data generated today is unstructured data: texts, photos, audio, video - their share is estimated at 80%. IBS already has experience in implementing projects using "big data" technologies for large international companies. In particular, in January 2013, Luxoft, a member of the IBS Group, introduced the DMMessenger software platform, which uses Big Data approaches to analyze electricity consumption in power grids of any scale in order to optimize the supply of electricity to consumers. IBS specialists also participated in the development of the Medialogy analytical system, one of the largest Russian projects in the field of unstructured data analysis.

With a team of specialists in data integration technologies and big data analytics, IBS creates a specialized division in its Russian business to develop this area. The newly created IBS Data Integration Division will develop enterprise solutions for data and big data integration based on the best technologies of the world's vendors, promote these solutions to the market and implement these solutions in the customer's enterprise IT infrastructure.
