The Santekhkomplekt company is engaged in trade in the engineering and sanitary equipment, construction.

Automation of personnel records and payroll of Santekhkomplekt Company is performed on the basis of the standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management" of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

The "Salary and Personnel Management" configuration allows to prepare the different reporting under the available data for any settlement period. Calculation results can be presented in the form of analytical reports, evident diagrams and charts.

Staff of data center "1C-Rarus" carries out the following works on implementation of the software product:

• demonstration of program capabilities,
• software installation,
• user training,
• new printed forms for HR department are made (labor agreements, orders, statements and td),
• data transfer from the previous accounting system.

Now consulting user support is performed.

Implementation of the software product allowed to automate the tasks of the company connected with calculation wage personnel and implementation of the HR policy in a complex.
