Sakhalin Energy (Sakhalinenergo) + LanDocs

Within creation of uniform EDMS "RAO Energy Systems of East" LANIT completed workflow automation of two subsidiaries and affiliates of holding – JSC Far Eastern Energy Company and JSC Sakhalinenergo.

Workflow automation was performed based on the drawing solution LanDocs: RAO-ESV which is specially developed for project implementation in RAO ES of the East holding. Within the project the basic office work processes of the organizations were automated: processing of the entering / outgoing documents, internal documents (office correspondence and organizational and administrative documents); control of execution of instructions.

The project of automation and creation of a single system of electronic document management meant consolidation in one circuit of a system of RAO ES of the East management company and systems implemented in subsidiaries and affiliates. These works were successfully completed. Their realization was enabled by means of the module LanDocs: Exchange XML-Podsistema. Projects were executed in the shortest possible time – within two months in JSC Sakhalinenergo and within a little more than three months in JSC Far Eastern Energy Company.

Yemelyanov Sergey, Chief information officer of JSC Far Eastern Energy Company: "Our company was the first of subsidiaries and affiliates of JSC RAO Energy Systems of East which started implementation of the drawing solution LanDocs: RAO-ESV. Creation of a single system of electronic document management within JSC DEK and a possibility of a full integration of our EDMS with a system in RAO ES of the East was the main objective of implementation of LanDocs. Together with developers and consultants of LANIT we, in my opinion, adequately completed the begun project and reached assigned tasks. We transferred to new EDMS the basic office work processes in central office of the company, in line – some more branches which we are also going to connect in a uniform circuit of interaction. Since 2012, within creation of a common information space of holding, we are going to come into commercial operation of a single system of electronic document management".

Efanov Sergey, chief of service IT JSC Sakhalinenergo: "The implementation project of an electronic document management system at us went to the organizations not without roughnesses, but in general, I consider, – it is quite good. In particular, we faced a compatibility issue of our equipment with the regular system of scanning of EDMS, but this problem was removed by developers in the delivered terms. In general on the project, for attendance time at us of specialists in implementation, the main business processes of office were automated and cooperation with management company at the level of exchange of the entering and outgoing documentation is established. So far we make adaptation of the standard solution under the regulations of office-work existing and existing at us at the enterprise with parallel training of employees of the company by own forces, but since 2012 we will begin to work actively within uniform EDMS of holding".
