2021: LanDocs 3.7.2 with a single manager interface for team management

On June 11, 2021, Lanit announced the release of the next version of the ECM LanDocs enterprise content management system.

The main idea of ​ ​ the presented version 3.7.2 is a single manager interface for team management and decision making. It has become easier to manage and monitor tasks, track the status of documents, receive aggregated information directly to the desktop from both LanDocs and third-party systems. The updated interface allows you to competently organize your own workspace and becomes a tool for personal effectiveness.

ECM Home Page LanDocs 3.7.2. now contains custom widgets that allow the user access to all relevant information. In addition to the data contained in the electronic document management system itself, it is possible to display information from other accounting systems of the enterprise, for example, the status of payment under contracts from the accounting system.

The functionality of the "Messages" section has been significantly expanded, where the user interface has been optimized due to a more compact view of the tools. There was a presentation of messages in the form of a calendar, as well as kanban boards, making it more visible to work with tasks. By integrating these elements, you can speed up messaging and commands.

In the version of LanDocs 3.7.2 the full text search on Elasticsearch cursor is also realized. In addition to indexing text formats, the system recognizes scanned images, allowing you to transparently search all types of documents. From the point of view of the user interface, a feature of the search is the mechanism of facet filters. With it, you can immediately narrow the selection of documents, knowing, for example, the performer or counterparty, and find the required file in several clicks.

An important addition to the platform is the updated card designer for the web interface. It is now possible, without the involvement of developers, to control the set of fields on the form, their behavior, as well as implement simple business logic.

Special attention is paid to optimizing the performance of the system. The platform supports Redis 6 and the RedisSearch plugin, which provides improved speed and search capabilities by reference values. Such innovations as sending messages in the background, optimizing download lists of message lists and documents, and processing the script for checking electronic signatures accelerate the system.

Using integration with the cloud version of P7-Office, you can edit and view files, preview the document from the incoming message, and the ability to edit the file without saving it to disk.

Integration with another Lanit solution "DocsHouse: SZ EDO" provides a single point of integration of internal and external legally significant document flow of organizations, allows you to create convenient services for working with electronic signatures, various EDO operators, and exchange informal documents.

Integration with P7 Office

On October 30, 2018, LANIT introduced the next version of the ECM platform for building document-oriented LanDocs solutions. According to the company, it works on the Postgres Pro database management system.
