"DocsHouse: SZ EDO "
On August 27, 2020, Lanit announced that it had expanded the DocsHouse product line, which is developing in the paradigm of microservice architecture. The product "DocsHouse: SZ EDO" is built on open technologies and provides a single point of integration of internal and external legally significant document flow of companies.
The largest public and private organizations are constantly increasing the volume of documents exchanged exclusively in electronic form. This means an increase in the number of integrations with external services (EDO operators, SMEV, EDO and others), as well as the number of information-consuming systems. As a result, companies are constantly increasing the cost of implementing and maintaining paperless document flow.
The product "DocsHouse: SZ EDO" creates a single environment for working with legally significant electronic document management: it integrates with the internal IT systems of the company, provides a single window for exchanging documents with counterparties, customers, state departments, companies within the holding and forms an internal electronic archive of legally significant documents of the organization. As a result, a long-standing problem roaming between large EDO operators is solved, it becomes possible to choose the most economical way to send each outgoing document, and the entire history of document flow is preserved inside the company, and not in the external service, explained in Lanit. With this implementation of interaction, changes API in external services do not lead to the need to refine the internal IT systems of the organization.
"DocsHouse: SZ EDO" provides work with EDO operators, Diadok"" GSI and Taksk"," allows you to sign electronic documents both at the customer's workplace server and when using the product. DSS cryptomissile defense Separate functionality is responsible for forming printed forms of documents and on visualizes EDS any document.
The product is developed in accordance with Russian legislation, takes into account the requirements of federal laws 63-FZ, 402-FZ, the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 174n, orders of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. MMV-7-15/820 @, No. MMV-20-3/96 @ and others. There is a legally meaningful exchange of formalized, semi-formalized and informal documents.
"DocsHouse: SZ EDO" can be used as an internal operator of the EDO holding. This allows you to exchange informal electronic documents inside the holding and with counterparties, bypassing external operators, which leads to a reduction in costs for the services of external EDO operators.
The basis of "DocsHouse: SW EDO" is a microservice architecture, this is why the product can be used both in the form of a complex solution and integrate individual components of the DocsHouse into existing organization solutions, for example: a signing service, an internal operator, integration services with EDO operators, a customer/counterparty personal account, employee's personal account, etc. And the presence of a universal REST API allows you to quickly integrate the product with accounting systems, electronic document management systems and other company information systems.
"As a result of using" DocsHouse: SZ EDO "as a single point of integration of internal and external document flow, organizations will be able to save up to 80% of the costs of forming, delivering, processing and storing documents and, at the same time, accelerate the exchange of data with counterparties and reduce the time for paying bills. The implementation of "DocsHouse: SZ EDO" together with the services of business process management and content management of the platform DocsHouse will allow you to get a comprehensive solution to the task of managing the legally significant document flow of the organization in a short time, "said Alexander Rodionov, director of the Lanit document management systems department. |

According to the company, Content Services Platforms is the next step in the field of enterprise content management, which ensures the transition from stand-alone monolithic systems and repositories to open services (according to the Gartner report).
The DocsHouse technology platform is an integrated product, a set of services, microservices, and applications that provide a user-friendly interface to the platform for both user and integration. The solution is based on free software and in the basic version uses the capabilities of Mongo DB for storing content, PostgreSQL - for working with metadata, Elasticsearch - as a search engine, Kafka - for streaming and managing messages, Camunda - for managing processes and lifecycles of objects. In addition, it is possible to use other ACT solutions with similar characteristics in the platform along with basic ones and independently. For example, you can use both MongoDB and other NoSQL products to store content. This platform feature allows you to apply the best technologies in your classes and follow trends without redesigning the solution architecture.
Another important feature of DocsHouse is scalability and the ability to use different equipment according to the requirements for data access speed. The microservice architecture of the solution, where the interaction between the components of the system is performed through restapi, allows you to scale horizontally any high-load service without optimizing and changing the architecture.
DocsHouse - it is an operational and archival storage of a large amount of data, including ready-made solutions for the following tasks for organizations from various sectors of the economy: management of design and technical documents, file cabinets and archives of client affairs, archives of financial documents, including the gateway to work with EDO operators.
In addition, DocsHouse is a technological independence and lack of a monolithic architecture, a high degree of readiness of business services and fast creation of functions, lower cost of ownership, a single interface for various tasks and types of users, ease of integration, as well as a high level of scalability, performance, reliability and fault tolerance.
The platform can be used both from scratch and complement existing proprietary electronic document management systems, providing the development and delivery of services for working with documents.
DocsHouse entered in the Register of Domestic Pominkomsvyaz of Russia and meets all import substitution requirements without the use of proprietary solutions.
The output of the technology platform DocsHouse complements the portfolio of LANIT solutions for managing the organization's corporate content. As of April 2020, we see an active process of revising architectures in building corporate information systems in many organizations. The concept of the DocsHouse platform in the microservice architecture paradigm meets all modern requirements for reducing the cost of ownership and the speed of business initiatives. said Alexander Rodionov, director of the department of document management systems of the LANIT group of companies |
