2014: Search office "Find"

As it became known to CNews, on March 26, 2014, employees of the OBEP of the Pushkin district of the Moscow Region, with the support of SOBR soldiers armed with machine guns, searched the office of the small metropolitan integrator "Find." The police deprived the company's employees of all means of communication, and then seized documents and system blocks, said CNews Director General of Find, Alexander Ignatenko.

The reason for the visit of law enforcement agencies was a criminal case of fraud, which was opened on the basis of statements by two deputy general directors of Molkom. The Molkom logistics company is located near the city of Pushkino near Moscow. It provides the entire supply chain for both large retail chains and manufacturing companies, as well as for medium-sized businesses. Among the clients of Molkom on its official website are mentioned Xerox, HP, etc.

In 2013, Molkom signed a contract with Find for the design and construction of a structured cable network in their logistics complex. The amount of the contract, according to the director general of "Find" Alexander Ignatenko, was about 30 million rubles, of which about 11.7 million rubles. were transferred to the integrator as an advance. Molkom decided to terminate the contract with Find and receive back the entire amount of the advance. Find agreed to return within three days after termination of the contract only part of the funds unspent for the purchase of equipment and initial work performed. Unable to agree, the companies moved the consideration of the dispute to the judicial plane - in December 2013, the Moscow Arbitration Court received a statement of claim from Molkom demanding to recover 11.7 million rubles from Find.

Verysell founder Mikhail Krasnov told CNews^[1]which is about 70% of the Find state consists of former Verysell employees, and he himself is Sergey Zemlyakov's creditor and contributes to his business.

2007: Creation of a company

The company "Find" was created in 2007. Its founder is Sergey Zemlyakov, who was previously the general director of Verisel-Telecom, which is part of the Verysell group of companies.
