Etalon-Lenspetssmu holding – one of leading companies of a construction complex of St. Petersburg. A large number of the territorial and remote enterprises is a part of holding that, certainly, affects work of personnel management department.
Earlier on specific sites different techniques and the personnel systems which are not connected among themselves were used that extremely complicated work of head office. The personnel management department initiated carrying out the analysis of the personnel management systems existing in the information market. After carrying out the tender between developer companies of the software by the management made the decision on creation of the uniform automated control system for personnel on all enterprises of holding based on CIS Member of a labor party.
From May to November, 2005 specialists of TRICS company carried out works on implementation of the project of control automation by personnel in our holding to the period. In the course of system implementation Member of a labor party was carried out the analysis, requirements are defined and the standard solution for our holding is created. At the moment the solution is successfully replicated on the enterprises of holding working in network uniform local computationally. In February, 2006 for territorially remote enterprises the system of discrete replication of data was customized and implemented. With its implementation unified information environment of personnel management was created and the possibility of the consolidated accounting and data analysis is implemented. Today installed solution works already more than half a year.
Functions on exchange and the data of the single database are executed is automated and do not require support and intervention of IT specialists. After the first months of operation of CIS Member of a labor party the management of holding was convinced of correctness of the made choice. A system excluded errors of accounting and routine manual work of inspectors, proved as reliable, steady and stable in work. The management of holding is satisfied with the received results from implementation of CIS Member of a labor party.
