The Member of a labor party CIS software product is intended for complex process automation of personnel management and payroll for medium-sized, large enterprises and holding structures with support of territorially remote divisions. Project solutions based on CIS Member of a labor party are set up according to features of accounting and calculation at the enterprise and provide almost full automation of work of services of department of the organization and compensation, personnel department, accounting, finance division and divisions. A uniform complete data storage space on personnel and the developed means of their analysis ensure effective functioning of services of personnel and an opportunity receiving solid and consistent data for acceptance of management decisions.

History

History on creation of the software package "Member of a labor party" begins in 1993 from the moment of implementation at the St. Petersburg Plant of Baby Food and Food Concentrates (the number of employees – more than 600 people) his predecessors - personnel management systems Prism. Same year a system was implemented at the Nevsky Ship-building and Ship-repair plant which number of staff was 2,700 people. "Prism" had the built-in mechanisms of setup of calculation, the designer of forms and the composer of business processes. Tools of a system provided its survival during the long never-ending period of changes in the legislation. 2009 – Prism successfully finishes the 16 years' existence at the last enterprise and finally assigns the rights to the comer to it on replacement in 2000 to a complex of CIS Member of a labor party. Became CIS Member of a labor party the lineal heir of Prism and includes all the best that was acquired at operation of an old system, beginning from creation of business processes and finishing with ideology of support of a system.

System performance

The software package "Member of a labor party" represents the uniform centralized corporate information system Personnel management. It is focused on medium-sized and large enterprises and holdings with a great number of legal entities and existence of remote production sites. The functionality of a complex automates planning and accounting of personnel, compensation regulation, accounting of work and development, payroll, and allows to solve both accounting, and managerial tasks.

One of main advantages of a system is complete consolidation of processes of personnel records, control of work and payroll which are usually in competence of different divisions of the enterprise. It is reached thanks to unity of information space with accurate differentiation of access rights to data and the principle of automation of work "from the document".

CIS Member of a labor party implements:

  • Accounting of staff of the enterprise with observance of all requirements of the state in forms of accounting documentation
  • Planning and regulation of compensation and performance standards;
  • Time keeping in divisions and calculation of a piece-work pay; 
  • High-quality and operational calculation and salary accrual, correct tax withholding, payments, calculation of benefits, vacation pay and their timely transfer.

Provides:

    • Control of use of working time; 

  • Formation of primary and reporting documents on registration of personnel, work and the salary by means of optimization of document flow, standardization of primary accounting of documents and automation of the most labor-consuming procedures;
  • Timely and correct tax withholding, payments and their transfer; 
  • Submission of the periodic reporting to tax authorities, off-budget funds, military commissariats, etc.; *
  • Detailed calculation and maintaining costs for clarification of actual cost of products of the enterprise; 
  • The analysis for the set periods of flowability and the movement of the personnel, labor costs by sections, positions, work types and orders (objects);
  • Reliability of information storage and its operational receiving for acceptance of management decisions in the form of reports, tables, diagrams, charts.

Implementation

CIS Member of a labor party uses two-unit architecture the client-server with implementation of the concept of the thin client and is based on three principles: simplification, standardization and automation.

Server part of a system is implemented on the basis of Oracle DBMS. It provides additional benefits, both for users of a system, and for her developers. Among pluses received from use of Oracle DBMS it is possible to note its increased reliability and high performance and also the developed PL/SQL language used for implementation of business rules. A server part is a complete information warehouse and contains business rules and logic of data processing. Practically it means that in CIS Member of a labor party the opportunities given to Oracle on data processing and support of their integrity and consistency that provides the actual high performance of data processing, reliability of information storage, its accuracy and reliability are completely used. Change of business processes and administration of application logic functions happens is centralized and does not require making changes in a client part.

Client part of the Member of a labor party system is responsible for interaction with a server part, visual representation of data and report generation. Interaction with the database is performed by means of direct access that guarantees the high speed of work, reliability of data storage and scalability of a system. Between a client part and the server there is an exchange only of necessary information that provides a connectivity of a large number of users and also their remote work on low-speed communication channels. The management system for the organization of applications which is built in in Member of a labor party allows to make quickly necessary changes and to adapt a software package to conditions of the specific enterprise. The configuration and structure of a software package can differ, but invariable is its technology core. The structure of the menu, representations, filters, transitions on the modes are configured without change of a program code – and, so easily and quickly. In the presence of the appropriate rights the user can independently configure structure and logic of system operation.

CIS Member of a labor party ensures functioning with unlimited number of legal entities and platforms. Each service on work with personnel supports and is responsible for the information volume which is logically coordinated and consistent with information entered by other services. Use of a common information space excludes information input duplication. The structure and separation of available options on departments and contractors is configured taking into account specifics of the accepted document flow at the enterprise and in specific department. The software package includes means for implementation of a full integration with an accounting system of the enterprise. Data exchange is made in both directions. Integration of systems is implemented as through export of data in a required format, and by means of direct transmission of data on events in a system, for example, transfer of necessary data at acceptance of the worker for work or data reception for deduction of the amounts issued the subreport.
