Management of information and communication technologies of the Arkhangelsk region GAU UIKT of the joint-stock company

Organization is created in June, 2010. The purposes of organization is:

• providing information technology implementation in the territory of the Arkhangelsk region;
• improvement of public administration in the field of informatization;
• increase in efficiency of use of information resources in executive bodies of the government of the Arkhangelsk region and the organizations, local government authorities of the municipal entity of the Arkhangelsk region subordinated to them and the organizations subordinated to them;
• increase in effective management of the state financial, material, personnel resources in the field of informatization when implementing information systems;
• risk minimization and achievement of the set results when implementing information systems;
• creation of the common information space of the Arkhangelsk region integrated into the Russian and world information space;
• cutting of costs for functioning of government by the organization of information technology implementation.
