A system SCOUT controls transportation of gas of ROSNEK company

The ROSNEK company specializing in supply of domestic natural and liquefied gas since 2008 completely equipped the vehicle fleet with the System of a satellite GLONASS/GPS of monitoring SCOUT. The installed equipment allowed to increase customer service quality and discipline of drivers. On the basis of the gained effect of implementation the company management made the decision on additional system implementation in process of expansion of corporate vehicle fleet.

The Rosnek company is one of key participants of the market of supply of liquefied gas for needs of different consumers – from industrial enterprises to private houses. Among company services - the wholesale supply of SPBT (propane-butane) on AGZS, services in gas pumping, control weighing, supply of gas for domestic needs of the population. All these services are connected with use of transport therefore for increase in efficiency of activity of ROSNEK company it was necessary to control loading and routes of machines, an adherence to deadlines of delivery to clients and fuel consumption. As the tool for complex control of work of motor transport the ROSNEK company selected the System of satellite monitoring of transport and accounting of fuel SCOUT.

Project objectives on system implementation SCOUT were the organization of accounting of the transported fuel and an exception of a possibility of its plunder. Implementation was conducted from March to September, 2011. During the project the hardware and software system GLONASS/GPS – the System of satellite monitoring SCOUT was installed on motor transport of ROSNEK company consisting of cars of brands ZIL, KAMAZ and GAZ.

As a result of implementation the System of satellite monitoring the SCOUT provides control of observance of diagrams of arrival of gas carriers on refueling stations. Work of the dispatching center of the company is optimized: managers can keep track of location of all special crews now and adjust their route in real time, taking into account the arriving requests. "System implementation SCOUT gave an opportunity of monitoring of vehicle fleet due to position fix of all vehicles. It allowed us to raise customer service quality and increased discipline among drivers", – the CEO of Rosnek company of Abdurakhimov Albina Ramazan-Dibirovna notes.

"A system SCOUT allows to obtain exact data on a route of the car and to react quickly at emergence of any non-staff situations. It gives the chance to reduce risks in transit of dangerous loads, including – products of oil and gas that is especially relevant for the oil and gas industry and fuel and energy complex in general", – the commercial director of SCOUT group Yury Visnevsky comments.

Oil and gas production is one of the most important branches of the economy of Dagestan, their share in economy of the republic makes 45% and 57% respectively. Today in Dagestan 44 oil and 22 gas fields work, 38 more oil and 20 gas fields are in development.
