The SCOUT group is a production and commercial holding. The abbreviation of a name is decrypted as "Satellite Control, Analytics and Control of Transport". The SCOUT is engaged in development, production and system implementation. The group provides to clients complete solutions on control of location of cars and fuel consumption, driving security, control of work of special equipment, integration into tachographs and the corporate accounting systems. As of spring of 2016 godazh more than 10,000 clients, over 200,000 connected objects.

History

2019: Creation of the company for implementing solutions in the field of labor protection

On August 21, 2019 the SCOUT - Corporate solutions", become integrator of developments and tools on increase in security in corporate vehicle fleets announced SCOUT Group selection from group in April business units ". 2015

Revenue of SCOUT Group grew by 53%. The greatest demand was received: cloud system of satellite monitoring of SCOUT-365, PetrolX fuel level sensor and services in project software development and equipment. In a year the number of the companies using the equipment and the software SCOUT increased by 1,955, having reached 9,925.

In general, taking into account results of 2015, the total quantity of the vehicles equipped with a System SCOUT exceeds 200,000 units. Among them: commercial trucks and buses (60%), corporate cars (30%), special equipment and agricultural machinery (9%), private transport (less than 1%) and also loaders, helicopters, yachts and fixed equipment.

In 2015 clients of SCOUT Group addressed industry solutions among which "Basic monitoring", "Fuel control", "Control of special equipment", "Safe driving", "Integration into tachographs". Were added to the main solutions for satellite monitoring new among which: "Control of fuelers" and "Search at stealing". Now the line of solutions includes 7 main positions. All of them are created based on the software SCOUT Platform and are available in her cloud version "SCOUT 365".

Turning on of trackers and fuel sensors of production of SCOUT Group in the list of the used equipment in the largest corporate system of monitoring of JSC Transneft became important achievement for the company.

Among the companies in which solutions of SCOUT Group in 2015 were implemented: Danone, Heineken, Lamoda, SGS, AstraZeneca and other large federal customers. Several projects, implemented for such customers, were mentioned in the industry rating of CNews Analytics. As a result of SCOUT Group entered the rating of the largest suppliers of IT for transport companies according to the analytical agency.

As well as earlier, the SCOUT in vehicle fleets of clients in the territory of the whole country an extensive network of the installation centers and a professional partner network allows to implement and integrate a System. In a year the number of partners of SCOUT Group increased by 34 companies, and now the network contains 300 integrators of a System SCOUT.

Along with it, system value for clients increased thanks to development of integration with software and the equipment of other vendors. A system SCOUT was integrated about "1C:Enterprise 8", with tachographs "Mercury", "RUS STROKE Tahoe" and other M2M-developments for transport and logistic work. Totally a System SCOUT is integrated with 40 software products today and supports 900 types of the different equipment from 400 producers.

2014

For 2014 SCOUT Group implemented 25,000 devices for satellite monitoring. A system SCOUT was implemented in vehicle fleets of such companies as "Northern Capital Gateway", VimpelCom, Slavyanka, EFKO Group, Castrol, Unilever and many others. Projects on equipping of big federal customers, among them proceeded: Rosatom, Megafon, PepsiCo, structures of Gazprom Neft company. The SCOUT across all Russia a wide partner network which increased by 50 companies helps to implement a System. Part of them are workshops on service of tachographs. The group "SCOUT" was also included in the list of workshops on installation and service of tachographs. It allows to develop fully own integrated solution, to give support to partners and also to act as the uniform supplier of tachographs and services in monitoring of transport for corporate clients.

In general in structure of revenue of SCOUT Group still income from the service direction began to occupy a big share. Along with equipment of clients the new equipment, today essential profit is created by payments for software licenses, for services in system maintenance, more and more demanded is a development to order. For example, the Salym Petroleum Development company ordered development of the system of management of plans of trips of motor transport of the company and its contractors from SCOUT Group.

2013

January: release of the new equipment of MT-600 PRO (RD) PRO, Std, Lite: Only GLONASS/GPS the receiver, 2 SIM- cards, the strengthened protection on a power supply, 5 years of a guarantee.

More than 28,000 vehicles were connected to a System SCOUT for 2013. Through a partner network 16,000 modules of monitoring are implemented – about 12,000 more terminals were delivered to direct clients of SCOUT Group. On average the sales volume of the equipment increased by 20%, growth in sales of the software made 288%. In comparison with other market leaders of transport telematics of Russia, SCOUT Group takes the fourth place in the list of leading manufacturers of the equipment and the third place among vendors of software.

Service service "Development to order" (Custom development)

In 2012 the company selected management team with products and regulated processes of product and project activity. His manager (Product-manager) is assigned to each product. He is responsible for all stages of development of a product: analyzes market demands, controls quality, profitability, is responsible for an adherence to deadlines and budgets. This tactics allowed SCOUT company to expand the direction of software development and to begin to execute successfully individual completions.

The Custom development service assumes creation of new specialized reports, rules of control of transport, support of special sensors and the equipment of other producers and also unloading of data and integration with different ERP systems on tasks of customers.

For this purpose on the partner web portal in the section "Commercial support" the application service "Development to Order" was open. Having placed a request for completion of software, the Partner or the Client can discuss and approve functionality, cost and terms of such project with specialists of SCOUT Group. The first projects, completely are at the moment already implemented according to new regulations of project activity. Work with regional partners and also with direct clients on new projects is actively conducted.

2012

SCOUT Group releases the updated line of modules of monitoring of MT-600. Also the market is entered by the new SCOUT Navigator software product which is not requiring intervention in the car power supply network. The SCOUT Online web interface intended for tablet computers and mobile devices is released. There is a final transition to production combined GLONASS/GPS receivers. Successfully the new Affiliate program starts. SCOUT Group enters non-profit partnership "RUSSOFT" and also will organize and holds the industry NAVITORING-2012 conference.

2011

The technical support service of SCOUT Group in November, 2011 celebrated "technical" anniversary – 10 000th request are processed. Since 2009 when in the company accounting of the requests coming to technical support was automated, the sales volume of the company grew on average for 115% annually. At the corresponding image also the number of addresses to specialists of the company behind consultations on work with the System of satellite monitoring of transport and accounting of fuel SCOUT grew. The technical support service of SCOUT Group helps users of a System SCOUT and to the partners of the company performing its implementation at clients with the solution of the following tasks:

• software configuration SCOUT and installation of updates,
• setup of the SCOUT equipment for different types of transport and the connected sensors,
• setup of communication channels (from monitoring modules via the server to an automated workplace of users),
• organization of operation of managers and solution of other problems of monitoring,
• obtaining software licenses SCOUT.

2010

SCOUT Group begins serial release of MT-530 devices GLONASSGPS (/). There was first issue of the corporate newspaper "Sledopyt". The companies of the CIS countries – Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan join a partner network of SCOUT Group.

2009

SCOUT Group begins release of the updated equipment line - devices SCOUT MT-510 (GPS). In staff of the company 30 specialists work. The partner network of SCOUT Group includes 41 companies. Despite the crisis period, in 2009 growth of revenue of SCOUT Group was more than 100%.
