2024: Establishing a Company

The developer of monitoring systems transport "Scout" and the venture fund Softline Venture Partners on December 12, 2024 announced the creation of a joint venture "Scout" Moscow to introduce high-tech solutions based on artificial intelligence in the transport industry.

According to Vedomosti, the new company will specialize in selling equipment and introducing combined fleet management platform services into large companies. As part of the project, it is planned to integrate Exodrive driving quality assessment services and the Scout Studio fleet management platform.

Softline Venture Partners and Scout Set Up Joint Company to Develop Digital Transportation Solutions

Scout CEO Andrei Trofimov said that the volume of the transport monitoring market in Russia exceeds ₽50 billion. After the departure of foreign companies, more than 40% of the market was freed up, which opens up new opportunities for the development of domestic solutions.

Softline Venture Partners is part of Softline's international group of companies and specializes in investing in innovative technology startups. The foundation supports projects in the field of information technology, cloud services and artificial intelligence.

The Exodrive project, owned by Softline Venture Partners, is a member of the Moscow Innovation Cluster, a resident of Skolkovo and the Moscow Venture Fund. The company develops innovative solutions to assess driving quality and reduce accident risks using artificial intelligence and big data technologies.

The combination of technologies of the two companies is aimed at developing the direction of smart monitoring and insurance telematics in Russia. The office of the Scout Moscow joint venture will begin work in the near future, the company said on December 12, 2024.[1]
