Exodrive is a digital platform founded in 2022 to assess the driving profile, track violations, prevent or minimize risks, and analyze aspects of vehicle operation. The four main services of Exodrive are driver scoring, initial accident notification (FNOL), road accident reconstruction and geoanalytics. Scoring data can be used in insurance, banking and other types of business, where decision-making requires preliminary analysis, to enrich other evaluation models with telematic data. History

2023: Attracting 18 million rubles of investments

The Russian service for tracking the driving manner of drivers Exodrive attracted 18 million rubles of investment. This was announced on August 11, 2023 at the Moscow Seed Fund, which invested in a startup. The latter intends to use the funds received to scale the business and refine the product.

The terms of the investment transaction were not disclosed. It is only known that Exodrive will have to start returning investments in two years, that is, in 2025.

Exodrive attracted 18 million rubles of investments

According to the Rusprofile website, by August 2023, 84% of Exodraiv LLC belongs to Internet Projects LLC, the only founder of which is Elena Volotovskaya, head of the Softline Venture Partners fund. She also owns 1% of the legal entity. And another 15% is owned by Andrei Prudazumov.

Exodrive develops digital services based on artificial intelligence that allow you to track the driving style of a motorist, his patterns (a set of regularly repeated actions) of driving and prevent the possibility of an accident. Data analysis is carried out using a tracker that is installed on the car's battery. Inside the device are an accelerometer (acceleration meter) and a gyroscope that measures the angle of orientation of the car. The information received is uploaded to a digital platform, with the help of this data you can assess the driving profile and predict the likelihood of an accident in a particular motorist.

Exodrive's solution is used by fleets and insurance companies that are developing in the field of insurance telematics and are engaged in reducing road accidents. According to its own data, the development of Exodrive allows you to reduce the cost of maintaining cars and insurance premiums by analyzing the driving profile and forming a scoring score for the driver.

2022: Raising $2 million in investments

On August 10, 2022, an investment of $2 million in Exodrive was announced. Softline Venture Partners, a corporate venture capital fund, has invested in the Russian developer of telematics solutions. The startup intends to spend the funds raised on its technological development and expansion of its international presence. The parameters of the investment transaction were not disclosed.

The current deal is a logical continuation of the development of the direction of intelligent transport systems in Softline, said Elena Volotovskaya, head of the Softline Venture Partners fund.

Exodrive raised $2 million

According to Exodrive's own data, by August 2022, the startup platform is used by the Yugoria insurance company, the pharmaceutical company Materia Medica, the Lamoda marketplace and the Yekaterinburg non-ferrous metal plant. The latter carries dangerous and expensive chemistry, so it is interested in a high scoring score for drivers. Exodrive earns on monthly customer usage fees. Several thousand vehicles are connected to the platform (by August 2022).[1]
