sBoard is a remote collaboration board. The service was founded by Andrei Korsakov and Vladimir Gladun in 2020 as an online board for teachers.

History

2023: Attracting RUB 21.5 mln of investments

In mid-July 2023, the startup sBoard announced the attraction of 21.5 million rubles of investments. The founder of the educational platform for schoolchildren "Учи.ру" (100% owned by VK since 2023) Ivan Kolomoets, ALHENA VC and Moscow Seed Fund funds have invested in the Russian service of online collaboration boards . The estimated value of the startup following the results of the investment transaction was not disclosed.

The sBoard team intends to spend the funds on improving the platform's functionality, including developing templates for business tasks and improving current product elements.

Example of the result of the sBoard

By July 2023, the startup, according to his own statement, is focused on replacing online boards that have left the Russian Federation and providing an on-premium solution for large Russian business, within which the product is installed in the company's contour, which in turn ensures the security of internal data. In total, the startup attracted investments of 40 million rubles (by July 17, 2023).

According to the Kontur.Fokus system, as of June 2, 2023, 36% of Esboard LLC belongs to Irina Kolomoets, 30% each to the founders Vladimir Gladun and Andrei Korsakov, 4% to Alkhena LLC[1]

2022

In 2022, over 1 million sessions were held on the platform. By August 2022, 100,000 people used the service - these are mainly freelancers, small businesses, as well as large companies with thousands of employees. In 2022, the sBoard became an import-substituting service: a product with a Russian legal entity is used by the company to replace the departed Trello and Miro services. Among the customers of Board are Netology and other services.
