In 2011 in Tatintek Group the implementation project of the standard solution of an ERP class "Institute of Model Solutions started: Process production 8" developments of "Institute of Standard Solutions — Production" company (Institute of Model Solutions). At the moment at five enterprises entering into Tatintek holding the regulated, managerial and operational accounting is started. Specialists of Institute of Model Solutions automated management systems for money, operational accounting of inventory items, improved accounting of obtaining structure of cost value.

The Tatintek holding – the largest participant of IT market of the Republic of Tatarstan, is a part of holding management company and seven enterprises. The main activities Tatintek is rendering services in the field of information technologies and industrial automation, project and engineering works and capital construction.

Prior to the beginning of the project automated control systems of structural divisions of holding were based on diverse software products, both own development, and third-party. Due to the large volume of own completions of the used software products, the created scrappy system became almost not updated. To holding the complete solution capable to integrate management systems of different structural units was required and to provide a possibility of removal of completions in external modules for preserving of support of the system manufacturer.

The management Tatintek designated a number of requirements to the implemented system:

  • use of uniform forms of electronic documents and uniform universal techniques of the automated accounting and management;
  • management of an information system from one center – Management company including to have the centralized software maintenance;
  • use by all enterprises and Management company of uniform base of the normative reference information.

The possibility of integration of a new system into already used software products and also compatibility of own practices of the enterprises with the selected standard solution became one of key requirements of the management of holding.

As a result of studying of the solutions presented at the market the software product "was selected by Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8". This standard solution is developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and has the certificate of "1C: Compatible". Experience of its successful operation at other enterprises with similar requirements and business processes, including, project deliverables of complex automation of JSC Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod became a decisive argument for benefit of this software product.

Within two months the regulated and managerial, operational accounting of five enterprises entering into holding was started key user training is provided. Necessary normative data were entered into a system, data from an old system are transferred, reflection of the current accounting transactions is adjusted.

So fast setup of the solution and start of operation became possible thanks to wide use of the regular mechanism of external settings of a configuration "Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8" which allows to adapt standard functionality of a system to features of the specific enterprise as fast as possible.

In a work progress specialists of a project team provided integration of a system into other software products used in business processes of holding. Extent of detailing of accounting for obtaining structure of cost value in necessary cuts was increased. Functions of accounting are complemented with the transactions necessary for management accounting in such sections as cash management, the detailed operational accounting of inventory items to within cells.

Despite the large volume of tasks and deadlines of implementation, all amount of works from Institute of Model Solutions it was executed by a team of 2 specialists, at the total number of the automated jobs – 300.

In the nearest future in Tatintek Group barcoding system implementation for operational inventory control, implementation of a budgeting subsystem and summary management accounting on holding is planned. Further the management of the enterprise will use data of management accounting for detailed profitability analysis of each of the directions for the purpose of improvement of financial results of activity.
