Medical transport of the Astrakhan region is completely connected to GLONASS system

At the beginning of October, 2011 the UNDS-Astrakhan company signs the agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan region on project implementation on equipment by navigation equipment of machines Territorial Center of Medicine of Accidents of the Joint-stock Company State Healthcare Institution and to creation of the Uniform dispatching service coordinating work of all medical transport of the region. Specialists of UNDS-Astrakhan company are at the final stage of the project.

The main objective of the center of medicine of accidents - the organization and rendering the emergency medical care at road accident, accidents, accidents and in emergencies. Implementation of the equipment of GLONASS will allow to reduce time of reaction of crews for emergency calls by machines of fast specialized medical care, to control location of the car in real time and to adjust a route of the movement already in way.

- Within the project the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" equips specialized medical transport of the center of medicine of accidents, in total about 10 units, - the head of UNDS-Astrakhan LLC Andrey Shekhmeyster comments. - In addition to these machines, the Uniform dispatching service will take under control earlier equipped cars of ambulance of city and regional medical institutions and also those which will be retrofitted in the nearest future. As a result the total quantity of the equipped transport will make about 200 units.

Let's note that within the last months the UNDS-Astrakhan company conducts equipment of medical transport of Astrakhan and district hospitals of the Astrakhan region. Today the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" equips more than 100 units of ambulance cars.

2013. Retrofitting

From the moment of the beginning of project implementation on GLONASS system implementation, medical transport of the region is equipped with more than 250 sets of the navigation and coherent equipment, the company integrator reported on May 13, 2013.

Within two years within the agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan region and UNDS-Astrakhan LLC company transport of the center of medicine of accidents, city and district medical institutions is equipped with the corresponding equipment. Cars are intended for transportation of patients, holding treatment-and-prophylactic and resuscitation actions and also for rendering specialized medical care. Based on the ministry the uniform dispatching service of the center of medicine of accidents coordinating work of all medical transport of area is created.

- The system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" integrated ambulance cars of 12 areas of the Astrakhan region and the city. At a stage of equipment there are cars of emergency aid, - the CEO of UNDS-Astrakhan LLC Andrey Shekhmeyster noted. – Satellite technologies allow to reduce arrival time of crew to the patient, to control a route of the movement of the vehicle, to quickly direct the next machine for assistance.

2015. Retrofitting by GLONASS equipment

March 19, 2015. UNDS-Astrakhan LLC continues project implementation on equipment of medical transport of the Astrakhan region by navigation equipment. Today installations are conducted in the city and district treatment-and-prophylactic medical organizations, the medical organizations of special type. About 120 units of special transport are equipped.

Within two years within the agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan region and UNDS-Astrakhan company transport of the center of medicine of accidents, emergency medical service in 12 areas and the city, emergency aid is equipped. In total more than 370 medical cars will be connected to the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S".

During the project the Uniform dispatching service coordinating work of all medical transport of the region was created. GLONASS/GPS of technology allow to control location of cars in real time, to change a route of the movement already in way, to reduce time of response to the arrived call, - the head of UNDS-Astrakhan LLC Andrey Shekhmeyster notes.

2016. Medical transport of the Astrakhan region is completely connected to GLONASS system

Specialists of UNDS-Astrakhan LLC completed in the spring of 2016 retrofitting of 16 cars of emergency medical service. Thus, the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" covers all medical transport of treatment and prevention facilities of the Astrakhan region.

- All data from the equipped medical transport come to Uniform dispatching service of the territorial center of medicine of accidents and emergency medical service. GLONASS/GPS the equipment allows to control in real time location of cars, to change their route of the movement already in way, - the head of UNDS-Astrakhan LLC Andrey Shekhmeyster notes. - Including arrival time to the patient due to logistic operations of managers and interaction with emergency services of the city was reduced. The number of cases of violation of the high-speed mode decreased by 20-30 percent in the absence of the emergency need.

During the period from 2012 to 2015 the equipment was installed by a GLONASS/GPS on 397 cars in 28 treatment and prevention facilities of the region. Medical transport of 12 areas of the Astrakhan region and the city is connected to the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S". During implementation it is mentioned that the general fuel consumption of transport of all medical institutions decreased in comparison with data to GLONASS system implementation by 7-10 percent. Moreover, the GLONAS system allows to control fuel consumption by each organization and to prevent its overexpenditure.
