In Bashavtotrans the system of inventory IT-AI is implemented

The IT smart systems company entering into IT Group completed system implementation of operational accounting and control of property of IT-AI in SUE Bashavtotrans. Implementing solution allowed to reduce temporary and labor costs by carrying out inventory.

SUE Bashavtotrans is the largest transport enterprise of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the structure of the enterprise includes the central office, 32 vehicle fleets (the bus, cargo and mixed fleets) and other structures distributed across all territory of the republic.

In the nearest future Bashavtotrans is expected by restructuring in this connection carrying out a complete inventory of the property which is on balance was required. For reduction of labor costs and quality improvement of this process the transport enterprise decided to implement the specialized automation system. After the careful analysis of the solutions presented at the market the customer selected the system of operating control and accounting of property of IT-AI offered by IT smart systems company.

During the course of performance the project the IT-AI system was installed at head office on the certain platform (SQL server), bilateral automatic data exchange with a corporate system of the customer "1C: Enterprise 7.7" was configured. At such implementation the information access on inventory is provided as through an intra-company network (intranet), and via the Internet. Marking of accounting items at head office of Bashavtotrans required more than 15 thousand tags with the barcode.

Now the IT-AI system is implemented only at the central office of Bashavtotrans, but already now the enterprise has plans for its deployment within all structure. And it is not only about objects the accounting which is in branches but also about all vehicle fleet: buses, minibuses, cargo vehicles.
