Accounting and tax accounting in "The Russian of finance corporation" is automated

Specialists of 1C-Rarus company completed the project on implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product in "The Russian of finance corporation". The program allowed to automate accounting and tax accounting. The information system helps to keep fixed asset accounting and intangible assets on the main activities of the company: shipbuilding, ship repair, mechanical engineering and leasing.

JSC Russian Finance Corporation is transparent, purposeful financial investment company with clear perspective and the thought-over development strategy. Four main activities of corporation: the shipbuilding, ship repair, mechanical engineering and leasing, at the same time shipbuilding is a priority and most large-scale field of activity. For 3 years of existence by corporation three plants at which effective production is promptly arranged are purchased. The leasing division simplifying to clients acquisition of products of the enterprise is created.

It was necessary for corporation:

• Reach transparency of management of financial flows;
• Improve a business and tax accounting system;
• Keep account according to requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

For this purpose "the Russian Finance Corporation" purchased the 1C: Accounting 8 software product and addressed 1C-Rarus company for carrying out automation.

Implementation of the software product in 5 workplaces allowed "RFK":

• Keep fixed asset accounting and intangible assets on all four activities of the company: shipbuilding, ship repair, mechanical engineering and leasing;
• Messages cash-book, purchase ledger and sales ledger;
• Hand over the regulated reporting according to the set requirements and in time;
• Keep the personified account;
• Integrate accounting on several organizations in uniform information base;
• Keep tax accounting.

Automation of "the Russian of Finance Corporation" using the program of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system promoted achievement of effective objectives within the general policy of development of company assets and structurization of the industries.
