"1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" is implemented by 1C-Rarus company in kindergarten No. 2444

Kindergarten Public Educational Institution No. 2444 functions as educational institution since November, 1993. Now in kindergarten children from 2 to 7 years, numbering 240 pupils are raised. In preschool institution favorable conditions for development of children are created. The staff of preschool educational institution works in the innovation mode of development, it is included in structure of a network city experiment "Technologies of succession – as a condition of overcoming not success in education of children and pupils at each age step".

Implementation of advanced technologies of development in kindergarten goes both by an educational and educational part, and in the field of the organization of internal processes. For significant improvement of work in the financial sphere the management of kindergarten made the decision on creation of an information system.

The 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform thanks to a possibility of accounting was selected:

• Non-financial and financial assets;
• Settlings with suppliers, contractors and advance holders on the issued advance payments;
• The transactions connected with income, the credits, loans, damage to property;
• VAT, invoices;
• Financial result of work of organization;
• Public and municipal contracts.

The program also allows to create data for registers of the public, municipal contracts – as in electronic form, and on paper carriers.

For implementation of the software solution invited specialists 1C-Rarus. The company actively cooperates with different public institutions in the area of their automation.

Specialists 1C-Rarus created an information system which allowed in kindergarten No. 2444:

• Keep account of all financial activities of the enterprise – only more than 12 types of accounting;
• Support electronic document management with the following organizations:
  • Credit institutions, financial bodies, bodies of Federal Treasury;
  • Tax authorities;
  • Founder;

• Create primary documents, bookkeeping registers and the regulated reporting;
• Create and hand over the regulated reporting under standards of founder body;
• Exercise preliminary, current and subsequent financial control on multi-layer system.

Thanks to implementation of the program accounting of kindergarten uses the Unified plan of accounts of accounting developed including for the public (municipal) institutions, according to annex No. 1 to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 12/1/2010 No. 157n.
