The BI Partner company entering into I-Teco Group announced end of the first stage of the project on creation of the corporate data warehouse for DeltaCredit bank. Within the performed works the complex platform for automation of the management reporting of bank is implemented.

Starting creation of the corporate BI platform on the basis of the uniform data warehouse, the customer made the decision most accurately to define a business challenge, functional and information scale of a system. One of the most topical issues for mortgage bank – a possibility of operational obtaining the management reporting in different cuts and preparation of reports on a portfolio of mortgage loans for rating agencies.

Consolidation of data from several key banking systems containing information on customer interaction at all stages became a cornerstone of the project: attraction, approval, issue and service of the credit. Were sources of information: the bank CRM platform, decision making support system, a single front office system for partner banks and the core banking system. Within the project specialists of BI Partner designed the corporate data warehouse, the system of transformation and data loading is created, the BI subsystem is developed. High-quality reduction of time for creation of the management reporting became a project deliverable.

The general duration of works was eight months which about half a year left for the works connected with problem definition and data integration. On implementation actually of the SAP products BusinessObjects less than two months left. The choice for benefit of a packet of SAP BusinessObjects accelerated adaptation of business users to a system, simplified daily work and opened unique opportunities for the analysis of the loan portfolio and job evaluation of employees at all stages of interaction of bank with clients.
