The Remin car service located in the Moscow region is automated by specialists of 1C-Rarus company. The program "is implemented by the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As a result of automation time for information search about clients is reduced, monitoring of efficiency of personnel is controlled onto orders of spare parts. A system allows to distribute and reserve automatically receipts of spare parts by orders of buyers.

The Remin car service is located in the city of Mytishchi of the Moscow region. The company management needed to obtain quickly information from all sections of activity. It was also necessary to increase work speed – due to fast formation of necessary documents.

The management of car service decided to create the information system promoting increase in transparency and quality of its work at the enterprise. In a system conducting the following processes was planned:

  • Work with goods, including their order, receipt, return, movement and write-off;
  • Sales of goods and rendering services, registration of sales;
  • Execution of requests for car repairs, orders;
  • Pricing for works on classes of cars and to normochasa;
  • Cash flow in cash desks and on checking accounts.

As a basis of a system the program "was selected by the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts", the 4th edition. The product is developed on the basis of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and meets all requirements of the customer. Carry out implementation invited 1C-Rarus company - developer of this program.

6 jobs are automated. In a project deliverable the Remin car service will organize all necessary processes in an information system. Work with the program also has the following advantages:

  • Automatic distribution and reservation of receipts of spare parts according to orders of buyers;
  • Storage in an information system of history of service of each client;
  • Quick search of clients on different requests, including on VIN or number of the car, the client's Full Name;
  • An opportunity to limit access for managers to the customer base, opening for work only the "attached" clients;
  • Tracking of efficiency of managers;
  • Reporting under the number of sales and possibility of charge of bonuses to managers;
  • Will lock registrations of sale at the price below cost of goods.

Information system on the basis of "the Alpha Car: The car service + Auto parts" allows to plan loading of repair zones and to control car repairs accomplishment. Thanks to operational data acquisition and their transparency the management of car service at any time locates a real picture of work of the enterprise. It allows to take necessary and effective measures for its development.
