The IT creates an information and analytical system for the Ministry of social policy of Krasnoyarsk Krai

The IT company is recognized in November, 2011 the winner of an open competition at the choice of the contractor of the project of development of a regional information and analytical system "Support of process of rehabilitation of disabled people" for needs of the Ministry of social policy of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The cost of the public contract is 3.3 million rubles.

In the fall of 2011 the Ministry of social policy of Krasnoyarsk Krai held a competition by determination of the contractor in the field of creation and implementation of the regional information and analytical system (RIAS) for support of process of rehabilitation of disabled people. According to commission of experts, the offer of IT company is recognized to the best and the most full meeting requirements of the ministry.

Main objective of the project – ensuring interdepartmental coordination of activity, monitoring of extent of execution and optimal use of regional resource rehabilitation base on the basis of information exchange of all participants of rehabilitation process, including representatives of medico-social examination, health care, education, social protection, culture, etc.

Under the terms of the public contract specialists of IT will develop the end-to-end system including the information and analytical module and the directory portal "Available Environment". In the information and analytical module it is going to implement functions on maintaining and providing information on disabled people and the developed individual programs of rehabilitation (IPR) and also on accounting of work of bodies and organizations, the analysis of results of execution and the reporting on implementation of the International Party of Russia in the territory of the region.

The developed portal will provide directory services in all thematic questions both disabled people, and specialists with them. On a web resource ample opportunities for collecting, systematization and information storage about the rights and guarantees of disabled people, about public organizations of disabled people, about rehabilitation services will appear. Besides, the Available Environment portal which is specially developed with the friendly and ergonomic interface will become convenient electronic platform for communication of disabled people among themselves, with public organizations and specialists of the social sphere.

The project will be implemented in three stages: creation of a prototype, development and deployment. Under the terms of tender all works need to be completed in December, 2011.
