The first stage of the project provides optimization and automation of the following business processes:
- personnel managements: registration of personnel, staff list, time keeping, payroll accounting, price-work salary
- classification and unification of production resources
- integration of a system "IT Enterprise" with the PDM systems of the enterprise
- managements of production: formation of the output plan, scheduling of loading of capacities
- material resource accounting in production: accounting of release and the movement of parts and products in workshops of the enterprise
- management and stock accounting of Inventories on warehouses and divisions of the enterprise
- purchase managements
Business process modeling and configuring of a system is executed. Delivery of a system the IT Enterprise of version 9.10 on Velmash-S LLC is executed on the platform DBMS Microsoft SQL Server.
