Microtest helps to arrange accounting to the city-forming enterprise of Dzerzhinsk

Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod, on November 17, 2011 - the Microtest Company automated regulated accounting on PCF "Plant of Ya.M. Sverdlov". The created system allows to keep accounting and tax accounting in the system of 1C.

Federal state enterprise "Plant of Ya.M. Sverdlov" - the basic enterprise of the ammunition industry of Russia, the largest producer of ammunition and special chemistry, the city-forming enterprise of the city of Dzerzhinsk of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The enterprises turns out chemical products of economic appointment, industrial explosives, mechanical engineering products, home appliances, consumer goods. The enterprise has the developed infrastructure in which more than 6.5 thousand people work today.

At the enterprise there was no single system of conducting regulated accounting that at its scales complicated the operational analysis, increased labor costs and terms of preparation of accounting records, created risk of miscalculation of reporting indicators. Transfer of accounting of financial and economic activity to a single automated system had to solve a problem of increase in efficiency and accuracy of the data, having provided the enterprise, largest in the industry, with the modern instrument of work. For project implementation the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management platform was selected. System implementation was executed by Microtest company.

Specialists Microtest jointly with specialists of the enterprise provided a technological capability of data loading from the separate systems and applications in the single accounting system. Specialists Microtest automated accounting and tax accounting of the enterprise. Besides, they carried out adaptation of a system under separate tasks of financial service of the customer and the personnel of the enterprise are trained in work in an information system of 1C. Work was performed less than in a year. The management and leading specialists of accounting received the system allowing to increase efficiency of daily work on the directions and automating accounting in full accordance with requirements of the legislation and standards of the enterprise.
