Biography

Graduated from the Kiev Highest engineering radio engineering school of air defense, the air defense Kharkiv military engineering radio engineering academy. Till 1993 worked at different positions in Armed forces. More than 30 years deals with problems of security of information.

1993 - 2000 – worked at public service in State Technical Commission of Russia, the last position - the head of department of data protection, licensing and certification.

1998 – 2000 – Expert of the expert advisory board in problems of national security of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Since 1997 – the Expert of the "Sistemy Bezopasnosti Sredstv Svyazi I Telekommunikatsy" magazine.

The certified leading auditor of SUIB according to international standards (ISMS BSI). The honourable employee of FSTEC of Russia, the Gentleman of the Medal of FSTEC of Russia "For merits in data protection".

Publications

The author more than 300 publications about legal problems of information security, about creation of end-to-end systems of security of information and application of information security tools.

Participation in projects

Took part in project development of the federal laws "About the International Information Exchange", "About Licensing of Separate Types", "About the EDS", the regulating documents of State Technical Commission of Russia defining requirements to firewalls, fiscal memory of control cash registers, special protective marks, etc. Participated in the organization and carrying out certification of Windows NT OS, SQL DBMS, etc.
