Implementation of DIRECTUM in power service company "Tyumenenergo" began

System implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM in Lite delivery option began with the middle of October, 2011 in ESKO Tyumenenergo. The company is going to pass to commercial operation in one and a half months.

Field of activity of JSC Power Service Company Tyumenenergo – an energy audit, providing power services, implementation in the field of energy saving, power management in the territory of the Tyumen, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk regions, KhMAO, YaNAO, the Ural Federal District and in the Central part of Russia. The company has staff of highly professional power accountants and the modern equipment which allows to conduct thermovision examinations, measurements of an expense of thermal energy, the electric power, natural gas, compressed air, water, etc.

For the purpose of business process optimization, in particular difficult production process – project managements, company management made the decision to automate document flow using an electronic document management system. As an optimal solution the DIRECTUM ECM system was selected from Lite delivery option. DIRECTUM Lite is characterized by the facilitated functionality and a configuration and is intended for the organizations with a small amount of employees and limited number of specialists of an ACS. At the cost is much lower than a complete packet, in DIRECTUM Lite all basic opportunities of the modules "Management of Electronic Documents", "Management of Business Processes" and "Office" remain.

System implementation is carried out by own forces of ESKO Tyumenenergo. The project started in the middle of October, its main objective – to transfer to EDMS work with all internal documentation, archives of correspondence, agreements, approval processes (under agreements, accounts and working questions). Automation covers specialists of accounting, departments of project management and IT department, departments of work with personnel, power service contracts, an energy audit – only 70 users. As the organization consists of several remote divisions, the distributed functioning of employees will be ensured.

Project completion is planned for the beginning of 2012. In plans of ESKO Tyumenenergo expansion of functionality of a system thanks to transition to DIRECTUM Standard option and also setup of web access, access from mobile devices, integration with CRM and Microsoft Project.
