Sergey was born on January 6, 1978.

Education

In 2000 graduated from Financial academy majoring in taxation, and in 2005 received degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

From 2000 to 2002 Sergey Chelyshkov worked as the tax consultant in Ernst and Young CIS.

From 2002 to 2005 worked as the tax manager in the companies of the Shell group in Russia where was engaged in the analysis of tax planning opportunities for the companies of group, took part in development of strategy of tax optimization and also was engaged in consultation on questions of taxation at accomplishment of the Production Sharing Agreement.

From 2005 to 2007 Sergey worked in Deloitte as the tax consultation manager where the circle of its duties included tax consultation of energy industry companies on different questions of the Russian and international taxation.

From 2007 to 2011 — in DLA Piper Rus Ltd. the director of the department of tax consultation, where was engaged in consultation of the Russian and foreign clients on a broad spectrum of questions of the tax law, including questions of structuring transactions, attraction of project financing, creation of the international structures of ownership.

In November, 2011 it is appointed the head taxes and the right and the partner of BDO in Russia.
