The system of management Intaris underwent certification in the international certification authority of Det Norske Veritas on compliance to ISO 9000 in 2008. Since then the company successfully underwent annual audits and surely confirmed constantly improving service quality. The current audit became significantly other testing – it was not just periodic, but recertification audit. According to the auditor of DNV Stanislav Kudryavtsev, in Intaris Group "one of the best systems of quality management in a partner network of 1C" which "unambiguously is included in the top ten" is constructed. Besides, during audit the best practices of management implemented in the company, including, full implementation of process management, the productive system of strategic management and "seamless" integration of SMK with a management system of the company were mentioned. It should be noted that quality management for Intaris – not only means of improvement and strengthening of own business, but also one of the major activities offered clients in the form of consulting services in this area.
