The complex of the property and land relations of the city of Moscow completed the project of creation of the workflow system. A new system became a basis of creation of end-to-end business processes and transition to electronic document management.

KIZO include several departments. Implementation of their state functions is followed by the huge volume of documents for work with which a number of information systems was historically used.

For the purpose of transition to a single platform and integration at its base of the used systems in 2008 the project of creation of the AIS "Document flow" was initiated. Its implementation was entrusted IBS. Taking into account requirements to scalability, distribution and an opportunity to integrate legacy systems, the EMC Documentum platform became a basis of the solution. Project implementation worth 286 million rubles was broken into three stages which lasted nearly three years.

At the first stage business processes in the involved divisions were formalized and the basic functionality including subsystems of line input and accounting of documents, search, reference books, information security and administration is implemented.

At the second stage import of historical data and integration with legacy systems was performed. The final stage was connected with development of the systems capabilities implemented earlier and also implementation of functionality of approval and archive document storage.

As a result it was succeeded to transfer the large volume of document flow to an electronic form, to give to employees an opportunity of collective work in a system, including a possibility of approval and control of execution of documents.
